Steve laughs and ends the call. He better bring me food before I take his place as one of the most feared men.

" When is Chase coming back? I miss his pancakes." Ryan whines.

What a baby. But I have to say, Chase does make the most amazing pancakes.

" He has to watch over Everly. He's staying in London until I can go back." I answer.

I sent Chase back to London to keep a personal eye over Everly. He's the person I trust the most in this world and he knows how deep I care for that girl. It makes me a little more comfortable knowing he's there for her. Not that Jake or Lake or whatever his name is guy. I can't get past the fact that they live in the same house. What if they share the same room? Do they use the same toothbrush? Okay no that is beyond disgusting.

I'm brought back to reality when the front door opens. Ryan immediately runs over to Steve and nearly tackles him when he sees the McDonald's bags.

" Thanks Steve!" Ryan rushes off with his food.

I'm seriously surrounded by a bunch of babies.

Steve is a middle aged man dressed in an expensive gray suit. His whole appearance screams money. Yet he has something in his appearance that's puts you on the edge. He is definitely not someone to mess with. Not even I would want to mess with him.

" Liam. Haven't seen you in years." Steve walks over and shakes my hand. He has a firm grip. Something about his character sends a shiver down my spine. This man is good.

" Thanks for the food." I say opening the bag and pulling out a BigMac.

After eating we all walk over to my office. I sit in my usual chair while Steve sits in front of me.

" I like what you have done with the place." Steve compliments looking around the spacious office.

I shrug. " Thanks."  It's not much of a home. It's just a big house filled with random furniture to give off a modern look. It's not home.

" So I heard your Uncle is being a major pain in the ass."

I chuckle. " Something like that."

I continue to explain what happened. Steve was familiar with the death of my father and he knows it was my uncle behind it all. I explain the plans we followed to take him down and how it never succeeded. Steve has been in the business a long time now so I know he'll have a few useful tips.

" The problem here is that you plan on attacking when he is least expecting it but every time you attack he definitely expects it. Now how do you attack when he is least expecting it when he is always expecting it? " Steve asks.

" I don't know. You tell me. That's why I asked you for help. " I shrug.

Steve rolls his eyes. " You attack while he is expecting but you attack with such a force that he had never expected from you in his wildest dreams. You have to give it your all son. " Steve explains.

What he is saying doesn't make sense but in a way I understand what he is saying.

" So how do you suggest we put a stop to my uncle's miserable life once and for all?" I ask folding my hands together.

I see the beginning of a smirk form on Steve's face.

" We have to play dirty. Just like he does. It's time that your uncle suffers the same way he makes you suffer. "

I raise my eyebrows, interested in what he is suggesting.

" We go after the things he loves and cherish the most." Steve continues.

I scoff. " That man doesn't love anything. He just wants power. "

Steve chuckles slightly.

" My dear boy. There is something we can do that will make your uncle beg for mercy." Steve grins.

" What would that be?" I hesitantly ask.

Steve looks out of the window for a moment and when he turns back I see the hate drowning his once peaceful sea-green eyes.

" We go after his daughter. "

Finally put a chapter in Liam's point of view😍

SOOOO I've been getting a little hate on Everly's character. Guys just keep in mind that she is pregnant and because of her pregnancy her hormones are wild. I know you guys don't agree on most things but just keep that in mind hay 👀
