Friday.

The best day there possibly could be. The day where you wake up with a smile, knowing it's the last day of school. Well, till you go back on Monday to face the hell hole again. But who cares? It's Friday. Come on. I know you want to sing along.

I wake up to my anyoing alarm going off at 7am. Looking like a gorilla that just gave birth I decide to take a shower. I slowly crawl towards the shower. Yes you heard right
Crawl. Why walk if you can crawl?

I greet Alexa and Luke that are both currently sitting on the sofa, drinking their morning coffee, but the only sounds that escapes my mouth is more likely to be animal sounds.

They watch as I crawl into the bathroom. I slowly strip myself and climb into the shower. As the water starts dripping on my skin I start thinking about a certain guy.

A guy that winks at me when I pass him in the hallway. A guy that has been sitting with me during lunch since Wednesday, eating his chicken nuggets. A guy that doesn't judge me, a guy I've literally known for two days and yet it feels like we've know each other longer . A guy that goes by the name Liam.

Since he sat down with me at lunch on Wednesday, we started talking. Well he tried. I've been so awkward lately. I don't know how to react to the leader of the D&D's. What if I accidentally offend him and the next day I'm missing? A lot of things can go wrong.

I turn off the shower and dissappear into my room. Deciding on a black crop jumper, some washed out high waisted blue jeans and my converse, I pull my long blonde hair up into a ponytail. Adding a little mascara and eyeliner, I rush off to grab me some breakfast.

" Avocado on pizza is better than a Hawaiin pizza honey." I hear Luke argue with Alexa.

"I don't think so."

" I know so."

" Let's agree to disagree then." Alexa finishes off, extending her hand to shake Luke's.

They shake hands and then they turn their attention towards me.

" Ready for school?" Luke asks me.

I nod and Alexa hands me a protein shake. According to her, it's healthy for the baby.

I bid her a goodbye and make my way over to Luke's car. Alexa has an early meeting today so she can't take me to school. Guess I'm stuck with Luke again , not that I'm complaining but he has his way of embarrassing me.

After a very long 10 minutes of non stop Luke-sing-along, we drive into the school parking lot.

My eyes immediately catch Liam standing with a group of his friends. I didn't realize I was staring but when I looked back at Luke he was sitting with a huge smirk on his face.

" Someone has a boyfriend." he starts singing.

" Oh shut up."

I bid Luke goodbye and walk exactly the opposite way from where Liam was standing. No need for Luke to embarrasse me further. Lucky for me Luke drives off. I start walking over to my locker.

" Hey Adams. " I hear Liam greet me from behind.

" Liam."

I turn around and fake a smile. I need to act nice seeing as he's the only one that has been nice to me.

" You going to the party tonight?"

" No."

" Oh come on Adams."
