That man's name was Ozpin.
Currently he stood, staring down at the school, eyes on a particular boy.

Turning back he pulled up a folder of said boy and began to alter it.

Seraph started as a project, code named Seraph/The Prophet. His semblance, subconsciously used in battle and out of it, grants him the ability to see seconds or even years into the future.
He has used it on many of his classmates before he underwent project Seraph.
Currently in action, he has been corrupted by Grimm blood. He is to be kept underwatch due to it.
Giving a year to produce warriors of the greatest combat prowness to face him, he has stayed in Beacon to observe. He has predicted that Beacon will fall, we will take caution of it.
Ozpin hummed, saving the file and closing it. A burning regret filling his mind.
Ozpin: My apologies Seraph.
Ozpin turn back to the window to see the boy himself actually smiling, a grave sense of dread overcame him.
