I was rocking back and forth slightly, I had forced the demons to limit my sight so I could only see at certain times of the day, usually when I was being fed, the silence of this room was deafening, it was one of the loudest things I've ever heard even though it was silence, I wasn't sleeping, and I wasn't letting myself pass out either, I don't know how long I was in there, but I wanted to die, I heard the door to the room open and I didn't bother looking up, I just continued rocking, someone walked over to me and knelt down, they smelt familiar, but I ignored it, I felt a gentle hand on my cheek, the touch was familiar, it was still silent, although I could hear them breathing, their hand twitched slightly.
I looked up quickly.
"Toby?!" I asked.
He quickly pulled me into a hug, I began to cry, I was begging that this wasn't another hallucination, I was begging this was the real thing, I wanted him so badly.
"Toby...!" I sobbed loudly, "I wanna go home...! I wanna go home...!"
"I know... I kn-know..." He said softly, "We c-came to g-get you..."
I tried to look up at him, though I still couldn't see him.
"It t-took a lot of c-convincing, but you c-can come home." He said as he cradled my head, "I'm t-taking you home..."
I cried heavily as I leaned on him.
"I wanna see..." I cried out, "Please let me see..."
I saw a faint light, then my vision slowly started to come back, I looked up to see it truly was Toby, he was looking down at me caringly, I cried a bit more as I leaned on him.
"I wanna go home..." I cried, "Please take me home...!"
Toby looked towards the door, Masky then came in and came over to us, he began to help Toby get the straight jacket off me, once I was freed I hugged Toby and cried, he pat my back as I cried, once I actually started to calm down I looked up at him slightly.
"Let's g-go home." He said.
He stood up and gently helped me stand, my legs felt numb but I sucked it up, Masky began leading the both of us out, I held tightly onto Toby as we walked, I shoved my face into his back as we left the room.
"He looks awful." I heard Hoodie say.
"That was my thought, too." Masky said, "Let's just get him back."
We continued to walk, I was ignoring everyone as I was silently sobbing into Toby'a back.
"Hey." Toby stopped walking and so did I, I didn't want to talk to Kage, Toby turned around slightly.
"The fuck d-do you want?!" He asked angrily.
He growled quickly.
"You're the b-bastard that c-caused all this!" He shouted angrily, "I hope you're d-damn proud of yourself!"
"So you're the one who pushed Jack over the edge?" Masky asked, "I hope you had fun getting sliced open."
I heard Kage scoff.
"You're actually letting that psycho out?" He asked, "Slenderman must be insane."
I heard him chuckle slightly.
"His proxies are all human, too." He said, I could hear the smirk in his voice, "What kind of moron would do that?"
"Kage, just let them leave." I heard Sadie say, "Then they'll be out of your hair."
I peeked out at Kage, he was angry for some reason and I could tell, I clung onto Toby tighter, Kage looked at him and noticed the goggles.
"Oh, so you're the one with the ridiculous goggles." Kage chuckled, "Who knew taring those things could drive a Pasta crazy."
"You broke my goggles?!" Toby asked angrily, he didn't stutter at all, "I'm glad Jack cut you open now!"
"What a low thing to do." Hoodie said suddenly, "Just because someone's weaker than you doesn't mean you can bully them."
He glared towards Kage.
"What a cowardly thing to do." He hissed, "Such a coward."
We turned and started to walk away, Kage was still following.
"Wow, who would have thunk the great and powerful Slenderman would be a sucker for weaklings." Kage taunted, "What a moron."
"Are you four ready to go?" Zalgo asked.
I looked towards him slightly before looking at Masky and Hoodie, they looked at each other.
"There's one more thing." Masky said.
Hoodie set down a bag and looked at Masky again, they both grabbed Kage's shirt and punched his face in unison, knocking him to the ground.
"Don't diss our Master." They hissed in unison.
Masky popped up the collar to his jacket and glanced at Hoodie, he had his fist out to him, they fist bumped, Toby pointed at Kage and started laughing obnoxiously, I couldn't help but smirk slightly, man if felt nice watching him get a piece of his own medicine, Hoodie looked at his fist.
"That felt really good." He said calmly, "Never thought I'd punch a demon before."
"You honestly think you won?!" Kage asked as he staggered to his feet.
"Listen, it's one thing to diss our Master, but you're really starting to get on my nerves." Masky said, "You want to end an argument with the last word? Too bad."
He turned to Kage fully, glaring down at him darkly.
"Jack has one thing you will never receive." He hissed.
"And what would that be?!" Kage asked angrily.
"Respect from Proxies." All three of them replied in unison.
It quickly fell quiet, I heard Sadie snicker, Masky turned to Zalgo.
"Go ahead and send us home." Masky said, "We'll be fine."
Zalgo opened a portal and I shoved my face into Toby's back again, I couldn't help but smile, thinking about Kage getting punched, we then left, after a while of walking I moved away from Toby, we were back in the forest I was familiar with, we walked for a while longer, I heard something raddle and I looked at Masky, he had pulled a prescription bottle out of his pocket, he tossed it from hand to hand for a moment before he stopped and stared at it, still walking, Hoodie looked at him slightly, Masky let out a sigh and tossed the bottle to Hoodie, he caught it and stuck it in his pocket.
"Yay Masky!" Toby clapped.
"Shut up." Masky said, "Moron."
I was quiet, was he really trying to fight his addiction?
"Jack?" Toby asked.
I looked at him slightly.
"Are y-you okay?" He asked.
I didn't say anything as I leaned on him.
"Just leave him." Masky said, "He's probably still stressed about what happened."
"Okay." Toby said.
We were all quiet as we kept walking, once the mansion came into view I held tighter to Toby, he pat my arm slightly.
"It'll b-be okay." He said quietly.
I didn't know how everyone was going to react to me being back, especially since I went apeshit and fully attacked multiple Pastas, including Zalgo, I was honestly surprised Slender wanted me back, I whimpered slightly as I buried my face into Toby's back, he pat my head slightly as we kept going, once I knew we were at the mansion I moved away from Toby, letting out a sigh, Masky opened the door and Toby went in, he lead me to the living room and I saw BEN playing video games, Masky and Hoodie were just behind us, BEN's ear twitched slightly and he turned around, once he spotted me his eyes grew wide, he wasn't happy to see me, I see.
"Jack's back!" BEN screamed as he jumped to his feet, "Guys! Guys!"
He booked it upstairs screaming, out from the dinning hall peeked Clockwork and Jane.
"Jack's back!" Jane said happily.
"Jack!" Clockwork cheered.
"Wait, really?" Liu asked as he came out.
He looked at me and I watched his face light up.
"He is!" He said excitedly.
Next thing I knew everyone was running to see me, I wasn't expecting this, I was feeling a bit overwhelmed.
"Guys, guys, stop." Hoodie said as he stepped forward.
"Keep in mind that he lost it while gone." Masky added as he stepped forward as well, "Don't go overwhelming him or he might lose it again."
"Just give him some space to relax." Hoodie said, "Once he's calmed down and feeling better he can see everyone."
"Just not all at once." Masky snapped.
"Now let Toby take him to his room." Hoodie said.
Everyone quickly got out of the way, I buried my face into Toby's back again, he started to lead me upstairs, after a while I heard him close the bedroom door, I moved away from him and looked around, it was generally the way I left it, although my bed was far messier than Toby's.
"Sorry, it's a m-mess." Toby said, "I didn't h-have time t-to clean up."
I didn't say anything, I just leaned on him, he pat my head.
"I know..." He said quietly, "I'm g-glad you're b-back too."
I sobbed slightly, he lead me over to the bed and sat me down, he held up both his pointer fingers as if telling me to wait a moment, he hurried over to the mini fridge and opened it, he dug through it and stood up with a jar, he opened it quickly and pulled out a kidney, I knew I had left all the ones I didn't eat, but by now they'd be disgusting.
"I h-heard you weren't eating r-right, so I m-made sure to s-stock up." Toby said as he closed the jar, "I g-got them special f-for you."
He turned and smiled at me, his big doofy grin just the same as always.
"It was kinda g-gross getting them out, but it w-was fun!" He said happily as he put the jar away, "I learned a l-lot about the h-human body!"
He laughed as he came over, even though I felt like I was going to cry again I was smiling, he sat next to me and held out the kidney, I took it willingly, Toby was quiet as I ate.
"Do you... r-remember when we met?" He asked.
I looked at him slightly, I looked down at the half-eaten kidney in my hand, I did remember that day, or night, rather, I didn't meet him until a month after he arrived, it was the middle of the night and I ran into him in the kitchen while looking for food, neither of us said anything and I knew right off the bat I terrified him.
"I do." I said before I took another bite.
"Do you know w-what I thought when I f-first saw you?" He asked.
"No." I said.
"When I saw you, I th-thought there's something you d-don't see every day." He said, "Then I thought I wonder what he's like."
I looked at him.
"You were r-really scary, b-but I knew that p-people's l-looks could b-be deceiving." Toby said as he looked at me, "I d-didn't know what w-was underneath that g-gray skin, it could b-be a violent murderer like Jeff, or it c-could be a really n-nice guy."
He chuckled slightly.
"I n-never even considered that y-you could be both." He said, "But that's j-just the right mix."
I stared at him quietly, he was smiling happily as he was staring at me.
"My first thought when I saw you was oh shit." I said.
He started to laugh.
"It's true." I said, "I thought I was in trouble, I didn't know who you were."
Toby leaned on me slightly as he laughed.
"For all I knew you could have just been some random dude that broke in." I said as I poked his forehead, "But your crazy eyes said otherwise."
He poked my forehead as well.
"I like s-seeing you smile." He said.
I gave him a big, toothy grin, he chuckled again.
"I like your big doofy, waffle eating smile." I said as I pushed his forehead slightly.
He laughed as he ever so slightly kicked his feet, I was so glad to be back, this was all I could ask for, my life felt blissful.
