Illinois's Version:

Hey, hey, daddy, make me a cocktail!
Hey, hey, mommy, hey, hey, mommy!
I cannot forget the taste of that
Pumpkin pie I ate so long ago!

Draw a circle, that's the Earth!
Draw a circle, that's the Earth!
Draw a circle, that's the Earth!
Yo, I'm Illinois!

Draw a circle, that's the Earth!
Looking closely, that's the Earth!
Or maybe, that's the Earth?
I'm the Prairie State!

Ah, with just a brushstroke,
A wonderful world can be seen!
The view from the Sears Tower is
Magnificent!

("If anyone puts ketchup on my hot dog, they're dead to me.")

Draw a circle, that's the Earth!
Draw a circle, that's the Earth!
Draw a circle, that's the Earth!
Yo, I'm Illinois!

Draw a circle, that's the Earth!
So surprising, that's the Earth!
Lie on your back, that's the Earth!
I'm the Land of Lincoln!

Ah, the Windy City
Has recipes made of happiness!
("Go to Springfield for horseshoes!")
This deep-dish pizza is as deep as
Chicago's debt!

Hey, hey, Iowa, pass me the popcorn!
Since you're up, Indiana, can you refill the bowl?
Oy, oy, America, peace is fire!
No way, Cheesehead! ("These Twinkies are mine!")

Hey, hey, daddy, make me a cocktail!
Hey, hey, mommy, hey, hey, mommy!
I cannot forget the taste of that
Pumpkin pie I ate so long ago!

Benny Goodman
And Bud Freeman
Make some of the best jazz music! ("Swing with me!")

Draw a circle, that's the Earth!
Draw a circle, that's the Earth!
Draw a circle, that's the Earth!
Yo, I'm Illinois!

Ah, with just a brushstroke,
A wonderful world can be seen!
The view from the Ferris wheel is
Magnificent!

Ah, throughout the world,
Sleeps many recipes of happiness!
The Bean is at Millenium Park!
I'm Illinois!

Author's Note:

To be honest, a part of me wishes I made Illinois's version funnier even though I added some humorous lines such as their hatred for ketchup and Chicago's debt. Either way, I think I've done a decent job with Illinois's version despite it being Chicago-based.

Footnotes:

• Cocktails are a popular drink to have in Illinois, notably in Chicago. I've considered using a soda brand, but I think cocktails are more of a fit for the state.
• Pumpkin pie is the state dessert of Illinois.
• "The Prairie State" is one of Illinois's nicknames.
• The Willis Tower (aka the Sears Tower) is a skyscraper located in Chicago, Illinois.
• "Magnificent" is a small reference to the Magnificent Mile (aka The Mag Mile) located within Chicago, Illinois.
• Putting ketchup on hot dogs is considered revolting among Chicagoans.
• "The Land of Lincoln" is one of Illinois's nicknames.
• "The Windy City" is a nickname for Chicago.
• A horseshoe is an open sandwich that can be found in Springfield, Illinois.
• Chicago is famous for its deep-dish pizza.
• Chicago is known for having a huge amount of debt.
• Iowa, Indiana, and Wisconsin are some of Illinois's neighbors.
• Popcorn is the state snack food of Illinois. Though I wasn't able to mention it, I wanted to add Chicago is known for combining caramel and cheddar cheese popcorn.
• "Fire" is slang for "great" or "crazy" in the present culture. I mainly used that adjective as a small reference to the Great Chicago Fire and anything related to that.
• "Cheesehead" is a derogatory nickname created by Illinois to refer to Wisconsin sports fans, notably fans of the Green Bay Packers.
• Twinkies are an American snack cake invented in Schiller Park, Illinois.
• Benny Goodman and Bud Freeman are two of Chicago's most famous jazz musicians. They're known to popularize swing music.
• The original Ferris wheel was designed and constructed by George Washington Gale Ferris Jr. as a landmark for the 1893 World's Columbian Exposition in Chicago. In the present era, there's a Ferris wheel located at Navy Pier in Chicago.
• Cloud Gate (aka The Bean) is a bean-shaped art sculpture that reflects the skyline of Chicago.
