I flop down on my bed and press 'post', immediately notifying my followers that I had a new picture on my insta. I've been trying to drop a hint to my bestie Will Solace that we should totally be dating for the longest time. Will is sups cute with sun kissed blonde hair and sky blue eyes. All of our other friends think we'd be cute together too, but he remains oblivious. So, I posted a picture of us from today. We had been hanging out with our friends and we had snapped a cute selfie together. My caption read 'We look like a couple, lol💕', if he doesn't get the hint, I think I might scream. I watch as the likes start racking in, but Will has yet to see the post. I roll my eyes a close the app, opting to face time my girl Liv. I press call and it only rings twice before Liv's face appears on my screen.
"Do you think Will has seen my post yet?" I demand.
"I don't know girl, I mean I saw it," Liv replies.
"Right? And it's not even like I post that much!" I say.
"Yeah, it's cute," Liv tells me. Suddenly a notification pops up on my screen.
"Hold on. He commented. I'll call you back," I say, quickly changing apps. My excitement quickly turns to horror as I read Will's comment. Under my caption read 'lol yea. A couple of bestiesss😂'. My mouth drops open in shock. He rejected me? On my own insta pic! I immediately call Liv again and scream at the screen.
"I know gurl. And have you seen Twitter? Someone legit screenshotted your post and tweeted it," Liv informs me. Omg. This is so embarrassing!
"I can't believe he would do that to me! I mean, it's not like he has a girlfriend! And we're bestfriends so we might as well just date, right?" I rant.
"Yeah gurl," Liv agrees. That's when another notification passes onto my screen. @Will.Solace had posted a new pic! I immediately click the notification and I scream in rage. The photo showed a very happy Will, kissing a boy with black hair and pale skin on  the cheek. The caption read 'Happy 1 year💛'. Oh. My. God. Will is GAY? He can't be.
"Will can't possibly be gay, right?" I ask Liv when she picks up the phone for the third time that day.
"I dunno. It's a cute pic though," she says. I have to admit that she's right, but I'd never admit that out loud.
"He's supposed to be my boyfriend though!" I pout.
"Hey girl, it's okay. I bet you could date like , Carson Wakter," Liv says. I tilt my head in thought. He's cute I guess.
"Sorry, gotta go. Mom's calling," Liv says, hanging up on me. I roll over on my bed and click Will's post again. Comments had already started popping up under it. @Piper.McLean said 'Aww, cute!' @Jason.Grace commented 'Solangelo for life!!!' Huh. Solangelo. Cute. I click my comment box and tap at my keyboard a few times. Within seconds my comment pops up. '😍😍 #Ishipit' I smile. I may be stuck in the friend zone, but hey, there's no denying the cuteness that is Solangelo.
