*Bucky and reader cuddling in bed*
You feel a sudden weight on your back..., something heavy and cold, yet you can feel the safety of it as it hugs you. You open your eyes to see Bucky lying down on his stomach next to you with his left metal arm gently pulling you closer. You nudge him a little and somehow you end up lying your head on his head with his metal arm around your waist.
"Hey sarge?", you ask. He lightly hums. "I love you", you say.
He says something in Russian in which you translates as, "Love you too. Now let me sleep, woman". You giggle and kiss his chest before falling back to sleep.
Later, you wake up in the same position, but Bucky is wide awake and watching TV.
"You could move me, you know", you say.
"I had a nightmare", he says, "I just wanna hold you".
You scoot upwards and kiss his lips softly and say, "I'm here and I won't go anywhere", you say. He kisses you back.
"Thank you for being here with me", he says.
"You're welcome sarge", you say before kissing him again.
