*Bucky and reader at the funfair + avengers*
After much pestering from Stark, Nick Fury decides to give everyone the weekend off and he is dragged by Maria Hill to join the rest of the Avengers to the arcade center, where Tony has rented it for two days.
Steve invites you, his neighbour, unbeknownst to you that his true intention is to get you and Bucky close. Steve is right.
During the times you're at the arcade game, you and Bucky stick to each other and have the time of your life.
On the last day, Bucky seems nervous. "Hey, Bucky, you ok?", you ask.
"Y-yeah, I'm ok", he says.
You immediately drag him to the photobooth to snap your picture with Bucky. It is then you know why he's nervous when he whispers, "I love you".
You stare into his eyes, seeking the truth. "Really?", you ask and he nods before kissing you softly. "I thought this would never happen. Took you a while sarge", you whisper back.
You have fallen in love with him when he first move in with Steve. "I thought my arm would scare you", he says.
"Then, my knight won't be so shiny anymore", you say.
"Congratulation you two", you hear Steve from outside.
"Punk...", Bucky mumbles before kissing you again.
