Chapter twenty three: Trying to be normal

Josh woke up alone in the king sized bed he used to share with Jennifer.

The twins will be home.

He smiled at thought and made his way downstairs.

Jennifer likes a lie in.

He chuckled at his own thought.

He boiled the keetle, getting down two cups one for her coffee and the other for his tea.

She's all I think about.

And its driving me crazy.

-a couple of mins later-

Seconds later, Jen was sat round the table holding her coffee.

"Morning"

Josh says not taking his eyes off her.

She stares back at him.

Red hits her cheeks. She looks down at her cup blushing but not being able to wipe the smile off her face.

God how perfect she is.

"So what are we doing today?"

He smirks and looks at her with his eyebrow raised.

"Well missy. Your wedding dress picked"

He said edging closer and closer to her with every step.

He saw the delight in her eyes. Her mouth twitched as he bent down and said something causing goosebumps on her neck.

"You won't need me to ruin your fun. Im saving myself for you."

He said with a wink and left her alone.

Im saving myself for you?? What does that even---- woah!

She smiles at the thought before following his lead up to her room.

Not looking where she was going and bumps into something toned and tanned.

Knocking them on the floor , landing on top of him.

Josh

She smiles and blushes goes to lift herself up but Josh pulls her back down so their lips crash together.

Not a heated on. A more passionate one. Their lips go in sync together. Both enjoying the moment. Both eyes closed.

She gets a flashback.

-Flashback-

Her and Josh. Slept together when they were off their heads.

She came in wearing a red, corset massive highed boots, leaning onto the door frame. Making her way to Josh.

She was smirking. She was happy.

As soon as their lips touched. She jumped up in fright.

-Flashback over-

Josh held as she gazed into those beautiful hazel eyes.

What was that?

I was trying to get back to normal.

I get up from Josh who was lay in front of me on the floor in boxers.

I blush and quickly make my way to my door.

Pausing before looking back. Looking into those eyes.

I see Love.

He loves me.

This stranger really loved me.

She smiles to herself but before she could push the door open a voice stops her.

Making her smile. The voice was calm and husy.

It sent shivers down her spine but in a good way.

"Aren't you gonna let me in"
