twenty one | thin ice
i loved you once
you hurt me twice
i never gave up
although that came
with a price
i learned soon
enough
i was just
the ice
on a cold snowy
morningso thin I was
hardly a slice
but still I let
you walk all over
me even until
you broke me in
pieces with
the weight of pure
sadness
amongst the
shattered paradise— ; a.m
