Chapter 23: Come and Get It

[Joey's POV]

I stayed in my room, scrolling through Twitter on my iPhone. I thought over when I should come out or not. If I did, would I lose subscribers? I've seen the hurtful comments on my videos and it seems as if half of my viewers are homophobic. I shook my head a couple of times, leaving me with a small headache. I heard on a knock and got up. I stretched and walked over to the door. I slightly opened it and Sawyer stood behind.

Sawyer: Hey..

Joey: Hi..

I let him inside and closed the door behind him.

Sawyer: Lonely?

Joey: I wanted to think..

Sawyer: Right..

We both sat down on the bed, awkwardly looking around.

Sawyer: Shane's sort of right..

Did he seriously come up here to tell me this?

Joey: I'm not ready.

He nodded.

Sawyer: I was thinking.. maybe we should have like, a meeting with the people who caused bull with us.

Joey: Really?

He nodded.

Joey: Don't you think they might pull something..?

Sawyer: It's worth a try..

Joey: What if-

Sawyer: If something happens, I will let you explain, no lie.

I looked down, uncertain if this was a good idea. It's worth a try..

Joey: Alright, go ahead..

Sawyer smiled. He pecked me softly on the lips.

Sawyer: I still haven't forgotten our plan.

He winked at me. My cheeks warmed up and I knew they were red. I didn't think he'd remember..

He got up, but I still had a question.

Joey: Is Cat coming?

Sawyer: Did she cause shit between us?

I nodeed slowly.

Sawyer: That's you answer. But don't worry, love, I'll be right next to you.

I smiled. He called me "love"..

Joey: Call me that more often.

Sawyer: Fine with me. C'mon let's go downstairs.

Joey: Why?

Sawyer: Were having it tonight, love.

Joey: What! Why?

Sawyer: I want to get it over with.

I gave him a pout.

Sawyer: Won't change my mind.

Joey: Hmph, then I shall leave my booty on this bed.

Sawyer looked at me with one eyebrow raised. He got up, and picked me up, bridal-style.

Joey: Hey! That's not fair!

Sawyer: What?

Joey: I wasn't ready!

Sawyer smirked. He kissed me on the nose and put me down the bed.

Sawyer: Try it again then.

I gripped my hands onto the bed.

Joey: Try me.

Once again, simply picked me up, bridal-style. Sawyer smiled.

Joey: Hmph!

Sawyer: Joey, maybe..just maybe.. we could simply go downstairs?

He put me down to stand and I stumbled a bit.

Joey: B-But, I wanna stay here.

Sawyer: C'mon Joey, it'll be quick.

I sighed.

Joey: Fiiiiine.

Sawyer smiled and held my hand. He squeezed it. I suddenly felt confident and if anything happened, I'm hoping Sawyer wouldn't kick me out like last time..

Sawyer dragged me downstairs which was unusually quiet. Meghan was talking with Shane and. they both looked up at both of us.

Meghan: Hey guys!

Shane: Did you say yes, Joey

Wait, did they already know?

Sawyer: Oh, I forgot to tell you that they already knew.

Joey: Right, and I did say yes.

Sawyer: Shane, can you text Lisa?

Shane: Yup.

Meghan: I'll call Cat.

Sawyer: I'll call Kim.

Joey: What am I supposed to do?

Shane: Go on Twitter.

Joey: Hmph.

I sat down on the floor. I looked at the clock and it was 1:00 A.M.

Joey: I'm going to bed.

Sawyer: I'll wake you up when they get here.

I nodded and ran up the stairs. I opened the door to my room and closed it. I flopped onto my bed and fell asleep.

I woke up to the sound of Sawyer's voice.

Sawyer: Love? Wake up.

Joey: Wha?

I was drowsy as heck.

Sawyer: They're here.

I groaned.

Sawyer: Change your shirt, too.

Joey: Can you help me?

I slowly got up. Sawyer nodded. He grabbed a clean shirt from one of my drawers and put it down on the bed. He slowly helped me take off my shirt and smiled. My shirt was off and Sawyer grinned like he just saw a rare item

Joey: You like?

Sawyer: Oh, I love.

Joey: When you're ready, come and get it.

Sawyer laughed and helped me put my shirt on.

Sawyer: There. We can go downstairs now.

I nodded. Time to chat.

BUH BAM! Don't you just love how much I'm updating? =D I feel proud for updating 2 chaps in less than half a week. Lol. Did you like the cute scenes :3 I missed these. Anyway, had test today. Felt pretty good about it. I think my grades will be up and about soon enough. Kay..
