History
Emberkit was born to the ThunderClan leader, and not long after she opened her eyes, slightly earlier than usual, the not entirely sane medicine cat issued a prophecy to her and her sister: "I see the curse on you two. Fate is cruel. Their eyes have opened too soon, yet they see the truth too late. But follow your hearts. They are always right in the end. . ." He then had no memory of the event. His second prophecy, spoken to Moonpelt as he watched her play with Scarpelt when they were apprentices, was: "A love too strong destroys all." This prophecy, revealed to be referring to Scarpaw's manipulated love of Moon paw, was fulfilled when Moonpelt became pregnant with Ravenpelt's kits from WindClan, though the Clan believed it was a ThunderClan warrior named Woodwhisker. Meanwhile, Emberblaze was falling in love outside the warrior code as well, with a WindClan warrior named Hawkpelt. She bore his kits, but the Clan assumed the father was a good friend of hers, Beetlefur. Meanwhile, Scarpelt was going crazy that the cat he thought he loved was mates with Woodwhisker, and murdered in the middle of the night. He then followed Moonpelt one night as she and Emberblaze went to meet their mates. Scarpelt then handed over Moonpelt's
kits to ShadowClan, revealed the kits were half-Clan and basically ignited a three-way war.
