Rydel POV (A/N I know there's been like two chapters of Rydel POV but I'm sorry!! I promise Ratliff's POV will come soon!)
The past few days I couldn't see very well. Like once in a while everything would get so blurry! It made me feel like I'm blind!
Once, wait I think it was last night. I was going downstairs to get something to drink and.... I fell down the stairs. It hurt SOOO bad! Then I hit my face on the wall. Which made me get a black eye so.. Yeah....
"Rydel can you see me?" Riker asks me. I start walking and slam into Riker.
"I take that as a NO." Rocky says watching me. Ugh I wish I could see better!
"Guys, rehearsal in ten!" My dad says to us.
Ratliff wasn't going to come cause he went somewhere with his family so... It's like a acoustic today.
I try to play my piano.... Which wasn't working cause everytime I try to play a song I messed up every note! Ughhhhh!!
"Rydel... I think you need to go to the eye doctor." My dad says to me.
"Dad I'm perfectly fine!" I say trying to hug him.
I hug him. "I love you dad." I say.
"Umm... Delly dad is over there." Riker points. I look up to see I was hugging Rocky.... Awkward!
"Rydel I think you need to go." My mom says. I sigh and go get in the car.
When we arrived, suddenly I got chills. We walk in and wait a little bit.
"Rydel Lynch." The nurse says and my mom and dad take my hands and guide me. I feel like I'm blind right now.
We walked in and I sat in a chair and wait a little bit. Suddenly my eyes start to hurt so bad. I started rubbing my eyes. Ugh the pain won't go away!
"Hello. I haven't seen you guys since Riker came and got his glasses. So it seems like the famous daughter I have heard Riker talk about is here." Dr. Hessen says. (A/N random doc name)
"Hiya I'm Rydel." I say.
The doc gives me a check up.
"Ugh... I think Rydel would need glasses....." The eye doctor says.
"What!" I say without thinking.
"I'm sure you'll like wearing glasses." The doctor says. Yeah right. (Sarcasm)
My mom takes me to look at glasses. I found three pairs that I liked. One was pink with plaid on the sides. Which was cute but still.
Then I found black with pink zebra on the side. Stylish!
Last I found some like Riker's but they had jewels on the sides.
My mom got all three. I don't know why I can't just wear contacts!
"Mom what if people think I'm a nerd? I hope I look cute in them." I say to my mom.
"Sweetie I'm sure nobody would call you one. Riker wears glasses."
"I know but he wears contacts also! Why can't I wear contacts?"
"Cause your eyes are too sensitive." My dad answers for my mom....
Eh... I'm officially a nerd now.
