Rydel POV
Today my mom is taking me dress shopping. My cousin Lori is having a party and my mom wants me to look pretty.
First, my mom told me that we were going shoe shopping.
Then she changed it to shopping day.
Last she changed it to dress shopping day so... I hope this doesn't change.
"Rydel how about this dress?" My mom says holding up a long pink sparkly dress. I gasp. It's so beautiful.
"Mom I love it!" I say with excitement. I grab it and go try it on.
I slip on to it. It feels so tight. I look in the mirror. It's so fluffy that I think it makes me look fat. I walk out to my mom.
"Mom?"
"Yes Rydel?"
"Um... Does this dress make me look fat?" I ask truthfully.
"No sweetie! Why would it? It's so beautiful on you!" My mom says in awe. This is why I love my mom.
I walk around and smile in the mirror. I see black hair out of the corner of my eye. I realize who it is. It's Kelly.
