Like Me- Lil Durk
Maddie

"Goodbye, Ty." I whisper to him, my hands interlocked behind his neck. His hands rest on my hips as he smiles down at me.

"Goodbye, Maddie." He says, tilting his head to kiss me. I smile when our lips meet, feeling as if I'm living in slow motion. "I just want to spend the whole day with you." He says through the kiss, and I wrap my legs around his waist.

"God, Ty, so do I." I wrap my arms around his neck as he deepens the kiss, and I just want to go back and lay in bed, with him by my side.

But... Uriah wants to oversee the initiates today. I pull away first for a breath, and lean our foreheads together. I see Ty glance over at the wall, then back at me. He holds my head in his hand, kissing me gently once more.

"I guess you'd better get going." He whispers. I gaze into his eyes, which are soft with sadness. I crack a small smile. "Okay, are you sure you'll be fine with Hannah and Luke?" I ask him.

He nods. I smile. "Bye, Ty." I say, and he hugs me again. "Goodbye Maddie." He says as I slip away from his grip.

Maddie's been gone for about an hour, and so far babysitting Luke hasn't been that bad. I've hardly ever been around him, but he's been pretty easy to take care of. Right now he's asleep.

I hear a knock on the door as I finish my cup of yogurt. I throw the yogurt cup away and place the spoon in the sink, walking over to the door. I pull it open, and see my father beaming at me.

That's weird. "Come in?" I state, but it comes out in question form. He nods. "Thank you." He says as he walks over to the couch, sitting on the far end. I close the door, and go to sit down on the far end opposite of him.

"Yes?" I ask him. I'm honestly not in the mood to talk to him right now. I stare off at the wall, and then down at my arm. "Shauna's pregnant." Zeke says, and I snap my neck in his direction.

"What?!" I ask, and he starts to chuckle.

"No, man I was just kidding. I had to get your attention somehow." He chuckles. I glare at him, until I hear a small whimper from Maddie's office, where Luke's little "room" has been set up.

I sigh, and get up, walking around the couch and down the hallway, pushing the door open and walking over to the little pack and play crib. Luke cries quietly, writhing around in the sheets.

I pick him up, and cradle him in my arms. He fists my shirt in his hand, and I turn around, walking out into the living room to the couch. I sit down, and Zeke furrows his eyebrows at me.

"You never told me that you and Maddie had a son!" He hisses. I turn to him, and shush him. I look back down at a whimpering Luke, and then grab his diaper bag. I pull out a few of his little cookies, and hand them to him. He nibbles on it, and I kiss his little forehead.

He finally eats it all and I hold his hands in front of him, Luke bouncing up and down on my knee. I clap his hands together. "Yay!" I shout, "Yay!"

I then lean back, holding Luke on my chest. "So, are you going to explain... This?" My father asks, making a hand gesture at Luke and I. I roll my eyes.
