They still have some time in their hands. No one was waiting for her back home anyway.
Kiyoshi and Aqua remained outside, on the balcony whilst both were leaning against the railings and staring into the night sky.
The sounds of the busy streets below them weren't enough to stop their conversation.
"A hobby..." Aqua's brows narrowed in thought, trying to recall what he could've possible done as a hobby.
"Reading, I would think." He said. It used to be something he does before the..incident. Now the blond still reads, obviously— but now they seem more like a means to get what he wants.
"Fiction?" Kiyoshi turned her head towards him, tilting it when she asked.
"Sometimes" Aqua admitted, but also debunking her little guess. "I stick to the factual stuff."
"Well, if I bought you a novel...would that be alright?" The dark haired girl uttered a thought, one that surprised the blond boy quite a bit.
Aqua didn't understand where that came from, perhaps just a 'what if' question.
".. Sure" He answered directly.
He doesn't speak what genre he'd prefer. He'd take whatever she's given him.
To try something new, of course. Don't misunderstand.
Kiyoshi smiled at that, taking mental note if an occasion ever comes up. Her hand rested on her cheek, proceeding to think of what else she could ask.
Aqua, to be quite frank, thought this was a nice change of pace. He hadn't thought about what happened earlier nor anything related to his work with all the questions making him direct his mind towards something else.
Not analyzing, not deducing, not bantering..not playful..
Just, a normal talk of getting to know the other.
His way of thinking of himself is a little outdated anyway.
