Wednesday morning:

Last night I happily went to bed thinking I would have a very peaceful morning, oh I was fucking wrong.

Really fucking wrong.

I was sitting in bed while Draco read when someone knocked on the door.

Me and Draco exchanged a look clearly not expecting visitors at this hour.

Still, in my nightgown, I got up and put my slippers on ready to go open the door.

When I opened the door, one of the castle elves was standing there holding two rolled-up pieces of parchment tied with a green ribbon.

- Good morning.(Y/N)

I politely greeted the elf.

- Morning. I am looking for Miss Ivy and Mister Malfoy.

The elf said reading the labels attached to the parchment.

- I am Ivy and Malfoy is inside.(Y/N)

I replied hoping we weren't in trouble.

- These are from Master Slughorn.

The elf said handing me the two rolled-up pieces of parchment.

- Thank you.(Y/N)

I politely said even though the elf was already gone.

Confused I walked back inside and handed Draco his parchment while I unraveled mine.

- I wonder what this is.(Y/N)

I said more to myself than to Draco, scanning the parchment.

Dear member of the SlugClub,

You are cordially invited to attend an end-of-term dinner party this Wednesday night at 6 p.m. This party like many others is going to be held in the Slugclub quarters. The dress code for this event is black tie formal. I will be very pleased if you accept my invitation and join me and the other members for a very honourable and memorable dinner.

I said setting the parchment down.

- What is it? Our third one this semester?(Draco)

Draco asked, his arms crossed.

- If we attended it would be our fourth but he held many more which we ditched.(Y/N)

- Shall we go?(Draco)

- We ditched the last one so I think we should go.(Y/N)

- Alright then.(Draco)

Draco replied going back to his book.

I was about to go see which dress I could wear when there was another knock on the door.

- Coming.(Y/N)

I said already regretting getting up early.

I barely had time to open the door when Blaise barged in with Theo.

- We are going to a party.(Blaise)

Blaise said holding up his own invitation.

- Why are you up already? It's seven am.(Y/N)

- Because the elf woke us up but that isn't the point. We are going to a party.(Blaise)

Blaise said twirling me around.
