Your guy best friend has been more than kind to you lately.
It was nothing unusual, he's always kind.
But this time maybe a bit more flirty?
It was weird, but maybe he was just feeling a little different and wanted a little change.
Either way, you didn't mind.
Today he called you, asking if you were at his house.
You agreed and headed over to his house, all excited for any plans he made.
As you walked into his house, you were greeted by Jeno smiling at you.
He grabbed your hand and led you into the kitchen.
You arrived at the kitchen, and you smelled your favourite meal.
"Did you coo-" Before you could finish your sentence, you giggled, not even realizing that Jenna was wearing an apron and a chef hat, which was a little bit extra.
He realized that you were laughing at him and laughed with you.
"Do I look handsome?" he asked.
"Maybe not with a chef hat," you giggled.
You watch him, prepare to play with your favourite meal on top,
He drops the silverware and turns around with a smile on his face.
You gave him a hug and asked,
"Did you make my favourite meal?"
His gaze turns to the plate full of food on the table. "No, I made it for my dog," he said sarcastically as you rolled your eyes.
"I'm kidding, of course I did loser. Now sit down. I'll be back."
He leaves for the restroom, and you sit in your seat.
While you're waiting, you hum a tune but stop when you see that his phone lights up. He got a message.
You both don't have a problem going through each other's phone, so you pick it up.
It was by his closest friends in the group chat that he read,
"Made her favourite meal yet?"
"Trust me, dude, if you keep this up, she'll eventually fall in love. and you'll finally date the love of your life.
Once you read those texts, Your eyes widen as you slowly put his phone back on the table and try acting like nothing.
"Hey, what were you looking on my phone?"
Jeno says, coming out of the restroom,
"Oh, I was just looking at the time," you lied.
Jeno walked over to grab his phone and saw the text that his friends sent.
"Did you see this?" he asked, pointing at his phone.
"maybe?"
