Chaeyoung had always been one of the most popular girls in school. With her sharp wit and confident demeanor, she had a way of commanding attention and admiration from everyone around her. But there was one person who she had always secretly admired from afar - Mina, a year 12 student known for her beauty and cool, aloof demeanor.
Despite the fact that Mina hardly ever spoke to anyone, Chaeyoung couldn't help but feel drawn to her. So, one day, she decided to swallow her pride and make a bold move - she asked Mina out on a date.

"I promise that you'll have a great time. If not, we can end the date whenever you want to." Chaeyoung gives her a downward smile, handing the tiny bouquet to Mina.
Something about Chaeyoung sparked a hidden gear in Mina's heart. She had been admiring the younger for a while, but she was too shy to ask her out herself.
But here she was, her girl crush, standing so small in front of her, wearing a tuxedo just to ask her out, Mina agreed by taking the bouquet from Chaeyoung's hands, giving her a flying kiss goodbye.
"You did it, bro!" Jeongyeon cheers for Chaeyoung, who was standing still.
"I-I did it." Now was the time to get ready.

But Chaeyoung didn't give up. She pulled out the chair next to Mina and sat down without waiting for an invitation.
"I see you here often," Chaeyoung said, trying to strike up a conversation. "What do you like about this book?"
