Episode 21: When Garnet said she chased all those cows away Topaz tapped her and Moo'd obnoxiously then ran away with Garnet chasing her. Other than that she helped build the drill and when Peridot was talking about the defects for the gems she said Topaz was too neutral to even be considered a Blue Topaz now.
Episode 22: Topaz didn't she up in this one since it's all about Ruby and Sapphire meeting.
Episode 23: She helped with the ballon decorations and when Steven appeared taller she joked that he's gonna be as tall as him and she just loved on him for being taller. Unknowingly being a strong reason why he forced himself to appear older. When he reverted she tried to cheer him up with cradling him but that didn't work. When he came back she rushed over and cried while hugging him. Also reassuring him she's proud of him no matter what he looks like.
