" Yeah I agree , let's be friends." He smiles. I smile back. " So how have you been holding up?" He asks. " oh I've been alright , my best friend is taking good care of me but I'm started to heal slowly." I say. "That's good." He says. " Yeah I'm not quite happy with this healing process though cause it makes me look like that green short monster from misters ink." I say. " I think you look beautiful." He says. " Really cause I think it looks like there's a humongous pimple on my eye" I say. " You look beautiful. Your eye have always been a beautiful blue ish brown." He says laughing. " Well thank you, I could say the same about you except the eye color part cause yk your eye is brown and you said- nevermind." I say smiling. The waiter comes with our drinks. " Here you go! Did you want another drink?" The waiter says looking at me. " nah I'm good but thanks." I say smiling. The waiter walks away. " Lemme get some of that." I say grabbing jadens drink. " You could've just order yourself one" Jaden says. " Shh" I say. I take a sip and pass it down back to him. " So is it okay for me to visit you now and you won't get mad?" He asks. " Yup! I won't unless I wake up on the wrong side of the bed." I say. He laughs. He always laughs. Am I funny or annoying? It's starting to get a little awkward. It's not the same as it was. I wish it was. " I like your laugh" I blurt out. " I'm sorry I didn't mean to say that-" " Thank you" Jaden says as he's smiling , cutting me off. We sit in silence. It's a mix of comfortable silence and awkward silence. Either way I don't want anymore silence. I hate silence. The waiter comes with the bill. " I'm paying" i say. " You didn't even order anything except water" he says. "Hey that water was five bucks , expensive" I say. " Either way I'm paying." He says. " Nah I am buddy" I say. " Did you just call me buddy" He says. " Sure did" I smile. " Just let me pay." He says. " Fine then pay." I say. I steal his phone and take pictures.

Shit I don't know what I was complaining for cause I got a free water. Water expensive out her folks. Five doll hairs for a water??!!?? Nahh you gotta be joking. No we wait again. A long silence wait. Fuck silence. Whoever created silence go fuck yourself. That's actually dumb cause how is creating silence possible. Waitttt. Omg . We pay and everything and dismiss from our tables. " Welp I had a good time hanging out with you jay" I say using his old nickname. " I had a good time too , Nova" He says tucking my hair behind my ears. I crunch away. On my crunches. Then a sudden thought comes to mind. " Wait!! Jaden!!" I call out.
