I kinda blushed at what CJ said. I mean why wouldn't I he's been the sweetest boy ever in my life. Except yk months ago and what happened. But that doesn't matter. Whatever Jadens been doing hurt more than what CJ did. I don't know if I should feel that way though. Cause I've known both of them my whole life and I just recently this year started getting closer with Jaden. And I do feel like I pushed CJ away. But I'm realizing that I might like CJ.

"Nova, Nova!" Alexis says snapping in front of my face.

"Yeah?"

"You good ?" She asks me. I nod.

"just thinking"

" Alright Im gonna head home I have a lot of family actives later tonight" CJ says standing up.

" Bye Alexis and bye Nova I'll see you soon" he says hugging us both.

"Bye!" Me and Alexis say in sync.

CJ walks out the door and leaves. Alexis lays over on Novas couches.

" I'm gonna take a shower I need one." I say getting up slowly.

"Woah woah woah you need help?" Alexis says standing onto her feet.

" I think I got it" I say trying to balance with my crunches.

As Nova is showering she starts to think to herself .

"Should I forgive Jaden? I know he made a mistake but I can tell he's really trying to make things better. And I feel pretty awful for the way I treated their family. I mean it shouldn't have taken an accident for him to apologize but it did. That's one reason I don't want to forgive him. But maybe we should just talks things out. Cause we both made many wrongs. And I'm acting pretty innocent like I didn't do anything wrong which I know I did. I'm gonna invite him over to that small coffee/bakery shop around the corner next week when I'm doing a little better. Hopefully better enough to move around cause I don't want Alexis tagging along. I hope he will talk to me. And not turn me down. But I'd understand if he did."

Nova gets out of the shower and puts on some comfy clothes and looks in the mirror.

"Dang I look really awful , hopefully I'll look better next week cause I look really ugly. Wait my eyes are just gonna be even more puffy next week I'm gonna look like a pufferfish . I'm gonna look like mrs puff"

Nova goes to lay down , she realizes Alexis isn't in the room. She's in the guest room next door. So Nova decides to text him.
