My friend's headcanons on him were:

And then to how he raised you? Simple. You are his little sibling. We don't know much about Chongyun's parents so let's assume they're dead for now and that he took care of you since both of you were young
As a big brother he's the type to be overprotective but sometimes its the other way around when he doesn't have his popsicle. One time both of you were out in the mountains, there was no river nearby so you were thirsty, he sacrificed his beloved popsicle for you and made another one for him
Xingqiu would be crushing on you (ofc you're the same age as chongyun for this one). Chongyun would trust him as his bff and helps him court you. I mean Xingqiu is rich and if you do become his spouse in the future- it would benefit both families

As for the inazuma vision holders. Kujou Sara would help train you because you will soon be the next almighty shogun and you're her daughter so everyone better treat you respect or else Sara will execute them. Itto would let you join his gang and Ei doesn't mind. For the other vision users, I'll leave it up to your imagination. You have a deity and kitsune as mothers and amazing auntie and uncles. What else could you wish for?
