I think we all saw the way Alessandro glanced at Jasmine and Sebastian.
Please tell me he isn't hiding the fact that they could be twins. Jasmine looks pissed, I don't like seeing my girl pissed.
"Papa? Either you tell us the truth now-" Jasmine raises her voice.
"It's complicated." Alessandro replies.
"I just want the truth." Jasmine quivers. I nod for Antonio, Stefano and Lorenzo to leave. Jasmine grips my hand tighter, signaling that she wants me to stay.
"Please."
"Papa, what's going on?" Aurora asks.
"You want the truth." He states. "Jasmine and Sebastian... are twins."

My whole life has been a lie.
If I'm hearing this right, Jasmine is my actual sister and I've been calling my father, my uncle my whole life.
"What?" I exhale. Tears prick my eyes as I stumble back slightly.
"Sebastian, let me explain." My 'uncle' stops me.
"Jasmine is my twin? She's my actual sister? I- I don't understand." I mean Jasmine has always been my sister and my best friend since we were little, but now I'm finding out that she's my actual sister. Fuck, I don't know what to think. "Did you not want me?" A tear escapes my eye.
"Of course I wanted you, son." 'Son', he always calls me that. "We didn't know we were having twins until you two were born. There was a lot at stake, we were still at war with your grandfather, which forced us to go into hiding and trusted no one. It was a matter of safety. My cousin Raphael said that he would take you, but then he and his wife died in a car accident when you were five. But just know that I always have and always will love you, my son."
"Why did you keep this from us?" Jasmine asks.
"It was better to keep you two apart, if the Russians had found out they would have killed you." His voice shakes. "I'm sorry. I know you won't forgive me for keeping this from you." I'm pissed at the fact that my father has been hiding this from me.
I walk away from my family and go straight to Elena. She's holding Caterina in her arms and rocking her gently. My daughter.
"Hey, baby." Elena smiles at me. "What happened? Have you been crying?"
"Can I hold her?"
"Yeah, of course." She holds Caterina up.
"Your daddy's going to hold you." She says softly to Caterina and I cradle her in my arms.
She's so small. Her little hat sits on her forehead and I tip it up so I can see her eyes. She has hazel eyes just like Elena. Elena looks as beautiful as ever, even though she just gave birth in the back of an SUV.
