Chapter 57

**Three days later**

(Meghan's POV)

I couldn't help but smile when I opened Nick's text message.

NJ: I love you

MB: I love you too

I typed back quickly before shoving my phone back into my pocket. I was on my way over to Tracy's house. we were going to do some shopping together since we havent been able to hang out much since summer started. when I got to her house Joe was leaving. He hugged me quickly. "Have fun." he told me before getting into his car. I watched as he left before knocking on the front door. she opened it  smiling. I shook my head. "I dont want to know." I told her as I pulled her out of the house. she quickly pulled the door shut and locked it behind us.

(Tracy's POV)

When we got to the mall we immediately went to get food first. On the way over I didn't want to mention the fact that I was hungry but Meghan knew me to well. We both bought pizza before sitting down at a table in the back corner of the food court. "So how's Nick?" I asked her. she smiled and blushed. "He's good." she told me quietly. I couldn't help but smirk, which I tried to hide. "Is he good?" I asked her. her head shot up and she stared at me in disbelief. "Tracy!" she yelled. I laughed. "What? I was just wondering." I told her. "Thats not something you ask." she told me. It was quiet for a few minutes. "Well?" I asked. she sighed to herself. "Yes." was all she said before getting up to throw her trash away. I smirked after her.

(Kevin's POV)

I wanted to tell Nick that I knew about him and Meghan. I know that they have done that before but atleast it was when mom and dad were not home. unlike three nights ago. They just got lucky that nobody but me noticed it. When mom and dad left to go to the bank I turned to Nick. "You and Meghan need to be more careful when you two decided to...do that." I told him. he looked at me. "Mom and Dad were home and could have found out." I added. "You were listening?" he asked me upset. "No. I wasn't listening Nick. I walked past and heard." I told him ,suddenly nervous now. He looked at me upset still. "Just say out of our business Kevin." he told me finally before leaving the kitchen. I shook my head and poured another cup of coffee.

(Meghan's POV)

We had been to about every store in the mall before I seen Damon with some of his friends. When he saw me he smirked. His friends went into a store before he walked over to me and Tracy. Tracy had a worried expression on her face as she looked at me. I nodded as she walked into Hot Topic. "Hey Meghan." he told me as he reached me. "What do you want?" i asked wanting to get the point. "I heard that you slept with Jonas." he told me. I froze. He smirked at me. "Someone can't keep quiet." he told me. "What are you talking about?" I asked trying to cover up.

He shook his head. "Jonas is telling his friends that he scored with you." he told me, watching me closely for my reaction. I shook my head. "No he's not. Your lying." I told him turning my back on him. He grabbed my wrist. "Then how did I know then?" he asked before dropping his hand and letting me walk away from him. He's lying. I know he has to be I thought as I went over to Tracy. "You ok?" she asked me. I nodded. "Yeah can we go?" I asked her trying not to give myself away. she nodded.

(Joe's POV)

Tracy called me after she got back from the mall with Meghan. She sounded worried about her. she told me that Damon had talked to her and ever since then she was not acting like herself. A little while after I hung up with Tracy I decided to just go and check on Meghan. When I knocked on her door she didn't answer me. "Meghan I know you home." I said. She unlocked the door. I opened it slowly before closing it behind me. Meghan didn't say anything to me as I took my jacket off. "Talk to me." I told her. "There is nothing to talk about." she said turning her back on me.

"Then why did you try to ignore me?" I asked her. "Because I don't want to talk to you." she told me harshly. I just looked at her. Meghan never said those kinds of things to me before, even if she was upset with me. she refused to say anything to me after that. I sighed as I leaned against the door frame. I refused to leave until she told me what Damon had said to her. "Joe just go home." she told me. "No." I told her stubbornly. "Fine you  want to know what happened?! Nick is telling everyone that we had sex! Are you happy now!?" yelled at me before slamming the kitchen cabinet closed. I stared at her shocked.
