~Niall's POV~
When Lex walked in on me, it really startled me. I jumped when she sneezed. But when I turned around, all I saw was this gorgeous girl with curly hair, blue eyes, and freckles. I instantly fell in love. I don't know why, but I acted kind of rude to her when she was trying to be nice. I was so stupid. I found myself not wanting her to leave when she left for art. I wanted to stop her, but something stopped me. I mean, I barely knew her. But she was so beautiful! After she left, I strummed my guitar for little longer thinking about her. I put my guitar in its case and walked back to my dorm to put it away. I went to my next class, avoiding the hallway I had taken earlier to the music room. When I walked in the class, I was terribly late and got a detention. I didn't care. I had too much on my mind anyway. Lex just added another thing to the pile of stuff in my mind. I kept replaying what she had said. "Why!? You have a beautiful voice, and you can play the guitar! You should be dying to show people you're talent!"
