Xara's POV.

I moved aside, and to my absolute excitement, Romeo sat down next to me. We were so, so close to each other, I think I could feel the heat of his body brush against my skin. It was... Unusual. So weird, honestly, I-I had no idea what to make out of it. I mean... When did everything become so confusing?!

I shook my head, very aware of my roommate's nervous gaze on me, and unzipped the box with all my stuff. Pieces of comparators and everything fell out and, frankly, I wasn't very careful while removing them. They still looked much too modern and complicated to me, not at all like the tools I had used before being stripped of my powers.

The redstone jars, though, I took out carefully, once again magnetised by the wonderful red glow of the dust. It was so fresh, so ready to be used, that my hands began itching a bit because of my impatience. Ooh, how much did I want to build! How many things did I want to create!

Romeo chuckled silently and I looked up, noticing the strange look on his face. It was there for only a split second, and then he saw me looking and instantly changed his facial expression. But even my poor memory couldn't throw out that image of my companion, the way he looked at me, the way he smiled when he thought I couldn't see anything.

That warm feeling appeared inside me once again and I shook my head, forcing my eyes to look back down on all the stuff. Sure, Romeo did attract my attention, but it was probably due to the fact that I... I... I still couldn't believe he was finally happy, okay?! Yeah. That's the only reason I looked at him with such interest and curiosity, the only reason I thought about him even now when I really had to concentrate on what I was doing and maybe I should stop but gosh darn his eyes are so beautiful and this redstone is as red as his wonderful curly hair that look like a cloud and-

I sucked in a deep breath and brushed my hand through my hair, trying so hard not to look up. There was a nasty feeling that, once I looked at the redhead again, I wouldn't be able to look away. So, uh, yeah, redstone. Love redstone. Umm... How do I engineer an automatic farm again?

- You, um, you'll need these. - The guy murmured and on insinct I raised my head and saw him hand me those thick leather gloves. Right. I had to wear them if I didn't want to be electrocuted. With a roll of my eyes, I took them and slowly pulled them on my hands. They would get really hot really soon, though.

- Yeah. - I nodded and stared at the pile of stuff in front of me, realising I had no idea how to do anything out of it. I mean, maybe I could've remembered something if there were actual block, but with pieces of blocks I was lost. Completely and utterly. Good thing there was somebody by my side, then.

- Okay, so, you read the instruction. - I ordered Romeo, who nodded once and grabbed the small paper book. - I'll be collecting it.
Hopefully, this wouldn't be too hard. Hopefully I can remember how to do this. Maybe even if my mind has forgotten all the engineering things I had known, my fingers remember them?

But it was so long since the last time I got my hands on this...

- Uh, first, we have to make dispencers. - Right on cue, Romeo's voice pulled me out of that pool of dread. - It, um, it says you have to take a piece labeled A1 and press it to the piece A2 until you hear a click.
I groaned silently, this was so complicated, but examined the pieces nevertheless. All of them had a small number written in black with what I could only think was permanent ink or something. Okay, I had B1, C4, D3... Where the hell are all "A"s?

The redhead also examined the pile, before reaching out and pulling out a rather big flat wall of a dispencer. A2. I nodded gratefully, taking it from his hands and my eyes instantly found the first piece. Great!
