Simple Day

"Boo!"

I didn't scream but I literally jumped out of the hammock.

I turned around and saw Marcus standing there laughing like crazy.

I got up and went in the hammock again.

Sofia-"Fuck you Marcus Gunnarsen.."

He came and sat next to me and said,

Marcus- "You did last night.."

Sofia- "Shhhh, my mum can't know about that.."

Marcus- "Why?"

Sofia- "Well because we're only 15... and would you tell your mum??"

Marcus- "No."

Sofia- "See."

Marcus- "Do you wanna go somewhere tonight?"

Sofia- "Are you asking me out on a date?"

Marcus- "Well, maybe. But we can like find a nice place to sleep and put up a tent and then it can be like the end of summer thing..."

Sofia- "Ugh don't remind me. I don't want summer to be over..."

Marcus- "Me neither, but.."

Sofia- "Sounds fun, but where will we put up the tent?"

Marcus- "I don't know, we'll walk around and then find a place somewhere..."

I nodded and he put his arm around me.

We look out at the garden and lake.

I fiddled with the PopSocket on my phone and then Marcus' hand goes on top of it.

Marcus- "What are you worrying about?"

Sofia- "How do you know I'm worrying about something?"

Marcus- "Because you always play with your popsocket when your worried..."

I then sit up on the hammock and cross my legs.

Sofia- "What if she finds out though..."

Marcus- "She won't, don't worry."

Sofia- "How do you know though?"

Marcus- "I don't, but if we don't point anything out she will never know.."

Sofia- "Bu.."

Marcus- "Just trust me.."

I nod.

Marcus then gets up and says,

Marcus- "I probably have to go back now."

Sofia- "Ok."

Marcus- "I'll pick you up at 7."

Sofia- "Ok but wait, what do I wear..."

Marcus- "What your wearing now is fine, just change the shirt.."

And with that he leaves back to his house.

I look down at my shirt and remember I'm still wearing the Chelsea shirt.

I laugh to myself and go back in the house.

I check the time and it's just 2:30. I tell my mum about tonight then go up to my room.
