"What did he do?" I ask, starting to rub Langa's head.

"There is this amazing skater. And Langa was challenged by him, and he accepted it!" Reki shrieks.

"Good job, Langa. I'm proud your accepting challenges. You used to be a wimp in Canada," I said, and Langa blushed.

"I wasn't always a wimp!" He hisses.

"Well," I mumbled.

"Say, you're not verbalizing about Miya, are you?" Kaoru asks as he stretched in bed.

"That is exactly who I am talking about," Reki says.

"What's so special about the kid? Besides, how old is he?" I ask.

"In spite of his puerile age, Miya has already surpassed many adult skaters because of his innate aptitude and dedication to training. As a skateboarding competitor, Miya is an all-rounder with a wide range of artifices. He is withal an aptitudinal performer," Kaoru explains.

"Gomen, I did not understand any of your Japanese words," I said, staring at Kaoru. Langa explained it all to me in English, and soon I understood.

"I mean, it's for an experience. You have a go, Langa," I say, shrugging.

"You don't get it, C. When skating, we always create a bet," Reki says, facepalming.

"Well, what's the bet?" I ask.

"We don't know yet. Maybe we will find out when we skate. But like, I beat Shadow! Is that not enough?" Langa asks.

"Fill me in. Who is Shadow?" I ask.

"A skater, he plays tricks while skating, and Langa was able to win over him. It was epic! But, you and Kaoru went home," Reki says.

"Oh, right," I say, hiding my face.

"Ah, Carla! We have a holiday today from work. What do you think about hanging out?" Kaoru asks, smiling.

"I see why not," I say, going to Reki and ruffling his hair.

"Watch it!" Reki hisses at me.

"I have a thing for hair! Gomen, yours is really nice," I say. Reki blushed as he let me play with his hair.

"Anyways, you won't mind if we join you guys?" Langa asks.

"Authentically, I was cerebrating i-,"

"Great! You guys get ready, and we will wait in the living room!" Langa and Reki say, skipping to the living room.

"Teenagers these days," Kaoru mumbles as he gets out of bed. He comes and hugs me from behind. I turned to Kaoru as he bent down and buried his face in my neck, and I felt something slowly appearing on my face...both my lips raised like I was smiling or something.

"You think my brother has a chance against this Miya kid?" I ask Kaoru as my face drops.

"I don't genuinely know. Your brother did drop in by surprise and beat Shadow...so," Kaoru says, putting his hands around my laterals.

"We aren't even a couple and your already acting like we are in one. I wonder how you would act, if we were actually in a couple," I say, playing with Kaoru's hair.

"More clingier, more touchy, more lovey," Kaoru chuckles.

"I see, I'm going to take a shower," I said, taking my towel into the bathroom.

"Is it erroneous to ask if I could join?" Kaoru asks. I stood still as I felt my body heat up.

"Y-Yes it is," I stuttered as I went into the bathroom. I made sure to take a quick shower while brushing my teeth and I came out with my towel around my body.

"You turn," I say as I went through my suitcase.

"Wait, where are my clothes?" I ask as I couldn't feel anything in my suitcase.

"Oh, they are in the closet," Kaoru says. "I put them there."

"Alright," I said, standing straight.

"Am I sanctioned to have a peek?" Kaoru asks as he puts his arms around me.

"We aren't even a couple!" I state again.

"Well, we are kinda though...you know?" Kaoru asks. His hands slowly go up my towel. I turn to face him and take your arms and put it back on my hips as I rested my face on his chest.

"Not yet," I mumble into his chest.

"Oh? Alright, I'm going to take a shower," Kaoru says and goes to the shower. He went to take a shower and I went to change into shorts and a shirt.

Close enough, I mean

Close enough, I mean...it's like a million degrees outside anyways. I went to see Langa and Reki who was waiting on the couch.

"Shall I make breakfast?" I ask.

"Really, Neh-chan? You're really wearing that outside?" Langa asks.

"It's not my fault Japan is like one of the hottest countries I have ever been to," I say.

"You look good!" Reki says, staring while blushing.

"Reki! Anyways, can you make us breakfast? I'm starving," Langa gritted. I nodded and went to the kitchen to make something to eat. After I was done, Kaoru came out and we all started to eat. Kaoru and Langa fought over who should be feeding me, so Reki fed me instead. Reki reminded me of the younger Langa in Canada, he really is a good kid.

"Want to go skate for a while?" Reki asks.

"Well, if we are going to skate, I say we do it somewhere away from people," Kaoru states.

"Wait, but Neh-chan?" Langa says, looking at me.

"She can ride with me," Kaoru says and I nodded at his statement.

"And don't think about saying that you will take me with you. I've seen your clumsy skating skills," I said. Langa knew he couldn't fight back so we went out to an abandoned place and began skating. Kaoru held me in front as he held on to my laterals. It felt nice skating...especially with Kaoru. I closed my eyes as I felt a small bite on my ear by Kaoru.

"Kaoru...," I mumble.

"Gomen, I couldn't restrain myself," Kaoru says, rubbing my laterals up and down.

"Watch out!" I heard Reki and Langa yell and some kid zoomed and the skateboard went twirling and so did Kaoru and me.
