Y/N stood there, clutching the card.

"Nico... if only you knew." she whispered softly

-Nico's POV

"Then I left," I told Frank.

I had just finished telling what happened to Frank, who looked both concerned and slightly uncomfortable.

"Um... and do you- are you okay?" he asked me, "Do you think you'll be able to talk to Y/N again?"

"Maybe," I said, "Maybe not."

"For Mars's sake!" Frank burst, "I can't take this anymore."

I have never seen Frank like this before.

Frank looked at me, "Y/N's got a crush on you. She told me last week. There. I said it. She's going to kill me but it'll be totally worth it."

I froze, "She... what?"

"Has a crush on you."

"Has a... what?"

"Crush. On. You." Frank told me slowly, "Dude, are you deaf?"

A smile bloomed on my face, "Whoa."

"Whoa indeed." Frank nodded wisely, "Now, young child, go get your girl."

I looked at Frank, "You've been spending too much time with Leo," I smiled, "Thank you."

I found Y/N practicing her sword-skills with Jason, who was failing miserably.

"How?!" Jason screeched, "You gotta teach me some moves!" he pleaded.

"Maybe," Y/N said, "If you swear not to tell Percy... the thing."

"Which one?" Jason asked, "His cookies or his coke?"

"Both."

"Deal."

Jason skipped away happily, leaving Y/N to finish up with a dummy.

"Hey," I said, walking towards her.

She looked at me, "Hi."

We stood there for a while.

I took a deep breath. "Do you mind holding this for me?" I asked Y/N.

"Um... okay?" 

When she reached out for my hand, I took hers in mine. Smooth enough?

Y/N looked at our intertwined hands, then to me, "Look, Nico. We need to talk. Yesterday I didn't... I didn't join the Hunters, but-"

"I know," I whispered, "I'm so sorry I didn't let you explain."

"You... know? Who-" Y/N started, "Oh, I'm going to kill Frank Zhang."

I chuckled, "It's true then... you- um,"

Y/N suddenly crashed her lips onto mine, wrapping her arms around my neck.

My eyes fluttered shut as thousands, millions of butterflies erupted in my stomach.

I placed one hand on Y/N's back and one hand stoking her hair. 

"I guess that answers the question," I stammered when we broke apart, though our arms where still around each other, "I love you, Y/N."

"Love you too, Neeks." Y/N smiled.

"Then, well, would you be my girlfriend?"

"Uh, duh." she laughed.

Then I pulled her in for another kiss.

Look at that. You've got Percy's percy-nality.
