Chapter 55- Herbal Adventure

A/N: Sorry for being so late with this chapter. I wasn't feeling all to well last weekend and I had a lot of homework. I feel so much better now and I got all my homework done so I'm good to go! Enjoy this long awaited chapter!

***Rachel's p.o.v***

"Ready to go Prism?" I asked her, adjusting my backpack.

Prism nodded as she flew beside me.

Turning back, I looked towards the guildhall from the street. "I wish we could tell them that we were leaving, but we don't have time for that," I muttered before turning away.

"Let's go Prism," I said to her before we walked away.

Right before we reached the edge of the East Forest however, I heard my name being called.

"Rachel!"

Turning around, I saw Laxus in the Thunder Legion running over to me.

Evergreen ran in front of them and leapt onto me as she started crying.

"Rachel I know your worried, but you can't leave, you just can't!" Evergreen cried.

I blinked at her in surprise as the boys caught up to us.

"We'll work this out we promise," Bickslow pleaded alongside Freed's nod.

"Rae you just can't leave the guild," Laxus pleaded.

I blinked back at them in confusion. "Leave the guild? What in the world are you guys talking about? I would never leave the guild," I answered, confused as to why they would ever think that.

They looked taken aback.

"Wait, you're not leaving the guild?" Bickslow questioned.

"Of course not. I love the guild. I wouldn't do that to you guys," I answered.

All of a sudden, they engulfed me into a group hug.

"Oh, thank goodness! We were so worried! We thought you would leave us!" Ever exclaimed.

I smiled.

"Wait, if you're not leaving the guild then what's with the backpack?" Laxus questions.

"I'm running a small errand for Porlyusica. There's a few rare herbs she's run low on and I offered to get them for her since I know where they are. Now, I have to leave now, or I won't be back before sunset. I'll see you guys later," I said turning to walk away.

"Wait Rachel, we'll go with you," Bickslow offers.

I looked at them unsure, "I don't think that's a good idea. These herbs are rare for a reason. It's not going to be easy."

"C'mon Rae, Don't tell me you're underestimating us. We can handle it," Laxus assures.

Prism and I shared an unsure look.

I sighed, "Alright, you guys can tag along, but you'll follow my lead since I've already done this a few times before and I know what I'm doing."

"Works for me," Bickslow agreed as the others nodded.

"Alright, we'll go grab our stuff and-" Ever started before I cut her off.

"No need. You won't need anything but yourselves for this. Plus, we don't have time for that anyway."

"Then what's the bag for?" Bickslow questions.

I chuckled, "That's to carry the herbs back safely that's all."
