"And the day was saved by none other than Illuminate!" Jack read.

My superhero alter ego finally got a stand-alone issue, featuring the Blue Electric and Syringe, of course. The only problem is that the events in my first independent issue never happened. That comic book company has made over one hundred different issues, and Jack owns them all. Mom is complaining about how they flood his room.

Jace's father went to jail along with the other crooks, and she had no one to look after her. So, she decided to stay with us. We were either patrolling, training, eating, or sleeping. On the day she moved in, we revealed her code name to her. She hated it. Thus, Shotgun, the teenage assassin, was born.

Once KCP was opened (groan), Aaron joined track and field and cross-country, winning almost every race. Sometimes he would hold back just a little bit more so that Jace could get her taste of victory.

Jace still remained the most popular in KCP, but my brother Jack wins the popularity contest at his school. He trades and sells comic books, and he still tells stories of Blue Electric, Shotgun, and Illuminate.
