"I am the Blue Electric!" Jack yelled as he ran throughout Aaron's living room. "Hey, did you know that he can run as fast as a speeding jet plane? That's-"
"Mach 10," I said, finishing his sentence. Aaron looked up from his Blue Electric comic book curiously.
"Hey, how'd you know?" Jack asked, his voice raising an octave.
"Umm..." I hesitated. Aaron made a weird motion with his hand.
"Just because you like the Blue Electric the most in this family doesn't mean that I don't know at least one thing about him," I answered. Aaron returned to his comic book, trying to contain his laughter.
"Plus, you recite 99% of his comic book quotes once a day," I added matter-of-factly.
"The Blue Electric is the name you're looking for!" Jack quoted, right on cue.
Jack's gonna bring it up.
"Ooh, someone's got a crush on the speedster," Jack teased.
I turned red.
I looked at Aaron, who was sucked in his comic book, as if he didn't hear anything.
He was my best friend, and only my best friend.
