The chase lasted for about an hour in the least. The sunset did look pretty on this side of the city, but that was a bad sign. It was going to get dark soon. The last time I checked my watch, it was 7:15.
We chased Syringe until she stopped near a bronze fountain.
"Well, look at that. Here we are," she said, bending over her knees and catching her breath. "Ghirardelli Square."
"I don't know what you want from us," Aaron shouted. "but if it's a fight, we'd be willing to give it to you."
Syringe's laugh was low and brooding.
"Except, that isn't what I want at all," she retorted, aiming her gun towards Aaron. Another syringe filled with fluid stuck on his arm.
"I guess we'll save that fight for another day," Syringe chuckled, picking up her skateboard.
