This is a little different from what I normally write but I wanted to say happy birthday to one of my friends, @h2robsar !! They're amazing and so so sweet, please go show them some love!!
This is what (at least what I imagine) each Side would do for your birthday!

Virgil
-He'd ask you what day your birthday was many times in the weeks leading up to it done wouldn't forget it or misremember the date
-When it was finally your birthday he'd text you and ask if he could come over
-And he'd wish you a happy birthday
-He'd text you around midday so he wouldn't wake you up
-When he comes over he would give you a handmade card
-Like the one he made for Patton
-Then he'd spend the day with you doing whatever you wanted
-Movies and cuddles? He's down if you are
-Going out and about? He'll deal with the people just for you
-Playing video games? Sign him up
-All in all a good birthday
Patton
-This little puffball knows your birthday months in advance
-He writes it down on his calendar with lots of doodles of balloons and cake and presents
-And when it's your birthday? You better watch out
-Cause he's coming to make sure you know you're appreciated
-Whether you're ready or not
-Normally he makes you your favourite meal or baked good
-But he always makes a card to go with it

-One year he took you to an amusement park
-He had heard about how good it was and decided 'Why not?'
-You noted to yourself that he doesn't seem to be fazed by roller coasters or sky droppers
-But he could not handle all of the children running around
-He'd make sure you take care of yourself and eat healthy meals and drink plenty of water

-He can't let someone as amazing and wonderful as you go without a birthday!
-He will throw the most extravagant party he can
-Well a sort of party
-He'll marathon Disney (or your favourite movies) with you in a pillow fort with tons of your favourite snacks
-Or if you feel like doing an adventure he'll take you hiking or skiing or canoeing or some sort of sport
-You don't wanna be outside? He's got plans for that too
-Instead he'll take you birthday shopping to all your favourite stores
-Oh what's that? You just want a day of doing nothing?

-You get a l l the attention with him
-He tells you every minute how much he loves spending time with you

-He would call you at midday and sing you the happy birthday song
-Then he'd ask if you wanted to hang out or if you had prior plans
-If the answer was yes to hanging out then he'd go to your house
-Unless you wanted to go to his
-Then it would be You Appreciation Hours from there on out
-He will show that he cares for you as much as possible
-Without overwhelming you of course
-His favourite thing to do for you is sing songs
-He will sing any song you request of him
-It's your birthday after all
-He'd make sure you were comfortable and having fun no matter what you two were doing
-He will not stand to see you frowning on your birthday of all days!
-He cares for you and will find ways to show it.
