"Are we best friends?" Amzie asked.

"How could you even ask me that?" Riley asked as she looked at the blonde.

"Yeah, but what are best friends?" Maya asked.

"—the three of us who would do anything for each other." Riley said.

"Would you give us your kidney?" Amzie asked.

"I'd give you my left one." Riley said.

"We want your right one." Maya said.

"—but that's Nicole Kidney." Riley said with a smile.

"Too bad. Ours now. There is one final test you must pass." Amzie said.

"I shall pass that test because that's how best friendy we are. Now give me that test." Riley said.

"Would you kidnap someone that really needed to be kidnapped and handcuff her to the radiator and lock the door and not tell anybody?" Amzie and Maya asked.

"Did you do something?" Riley asked before the two nodded.

"Is that my bow?" Riley asked as she looked at Bobbie.

"Yep."

"You took my bow?" Riley asked.

"Yep."

"When'd you take my bow?" Riley asked as she looked at them.

"Hey, Sherlock. Is there anything else jumping out at you?" Amzie asked.

"Have you always had that lady?" Riley asked as she pointed at Bobbie.

"No, brand new."

"If you used my bow, does that make me an accomplice?" Riley asked.

"If this wasn't my room and our house, we'd have nothing to do with this." Maya said as Amzie nodded.

"Oh no. What have I done?" Riley asked.

"I just need to make a call." Amzie said before she pulled her phone out.

"What'd you do?" Luke asked after he got to the apartment.

"We stole a lady." Maya said with a shrug.

"You kidnapped someone?" Luke asked as he looked at Amzie.

"We didn't kidnap her, doll. Kidnapping's what you do to kids. She's like thirty. We abducted her." Amzie said.

"What happens now?" Riley asked.

"So how good of a lawyer are you?" Luke asked as he and the girls stood in Riley's apartment.

"Never lost a case." Topanga said.

"Oh. Well, that's over." Amzie said with a chuckle.

"She's already seen your face." Maya said as she looked at Riley.

"Yes, but she doesn't know that my name is Riley Matthews. Hi. Do they have a good reason for this?" Riley asked as she looked at Bobbie.

"I am an international superstar. I will not be handcuffed to a radiator." Bobbie said in a French accent.

"Hey, you said that just like Anastasia Boulangerie in the blockbuster thriller I Will Not Be Andcuffed to a Radiator." Riley said.

"Riley?"

"Yeah?"

"That is Anastasia Boulangerie. My parents produced one of her movies last summer." Luke said as he gestured to her.

"Yee!"

"Where are my cookies?" Bobbie asked.

"What?"

"I want my French cookies. Do you know what they are called?" Bobbie asked.

"Macarons!"

"Yes! You will be my new cookie bringer!" Bobbie said as she looked at Riley.

"Yay! Guys, yay!"

"Riley, focus. We kidnapped Anastasia Boulangerie." Amzie said as she looked at the brunette.

"Oh! Well, go big or go home I always say." Riley said before Luke, Maya, and Amzie looked at each other.

"Really? Never lost a case, huh?" Maya asked.

"Think you ever will?" Luke asked.

"No."

"Ha ha!" Amzie said as she pointed at Topanga.

"This is not creme fraiche. This is whipped cream; from a store." Bobbie said as she looked at Riley.

"I have failed you." Riley said as she looked down.

"Oh, and you. Street rat. You call this a flower? No, no, no. I call this a blob." Bobbie said as she looked at Maya.

"Look, lady, you're not our guest. You're being—" Amzie started.

"—borrowed."

"What?"

"Borrowed is what we did. I don't like the other word. I like borrowed." Riley said.

"I don't think it makes a difference." Amzie said.

"Yes. I think it does. I don't mind being borrowed. It's romantic like a fountain. Get me a fountain." Bobbie said before Riley started laughing.

"What? You're laughing because where are we gonna get a fountain?" Maya asked as she looked at her best friend.

"No, I'm laughing because what on earth is my father gonna put on the board for this one?" Riley asked with a chuckle.

"Squeak!" Riley said after they walked in to see an officer.

"I wanted a chocolate fountain." Bobbie said after Luke carried a fountain into Maya's room.

"I wanted a chance for my mom to play one great role." Maya said.

"You went too far. Do you understand? I went too far because I am your best friend, but there are limits to best friendship. There are no limits to us." Riley said as she looked at the blondes.

"Good! Now let's just not do anything that could get us caught." Amzie said before they took selfies with Bobbie.

"Look, I know what we did was wrong, but the reason we did it is because my mom's up for a movie and we think she could really be right for the role." Maya said as Amzie nodded.

"What is it?"

"The role of Katy, a down on her luck waitress who's always wanted to be an actress, has a daughter, and one last shot at love." Maya said.

"There's only one person in the world who could play this role!" Riley said as Luke nodded.

"I know."

"Anastasia Boulangerie!" Riley said before Luke looked at her.

"Yes, of course I will play the role! I am perfect for everything!" Bobbie said as she stood up.

"Wait. Why did Maya and Amzie borrow you if you already have the role? Are you not telling me the whole truth, Anastasia Boulangerie?" Riley asked.

"Okay, there may be a certain insignificant unknown who is also up for the role." Bobbie said as she looked away.

"It's Katy Hunter, isn't it?" Luke asked with a smirk.

"Yes. Katy Unter." Bobbie said as she rolled her eyes.

"Well, why don't you just let Maya's mother have this one and you go play Queen Francy Pants of France?" Riley suggested.

"Are we leakin again? We got a fountain. Bobbie Jo?" Katy asked after she walked into Maya's room with a basket of clothes.

"I am sure I have no idea of this Bobbie Jo who you say." Bobbie said.

"Knock off the phony accent, Bobbie Jo. I know who you are." Katy said before Bobbie sighed.

"Okay, fine, but this here does not leave this here room!" Bobbie said in her country accent.

"What—?"

"—the—?"

"—fu—?" Amzie started before Luke quickly covered her mouth.

"I always promised to keep your secret and I always have." Katy said as she looked at Bobbie.

"Yeah, Katy. You always have." Bobbie said.

"Mom, you know her?" Maya asked.

"Oh! We kinda grew up together." Katy said.

"You grew up with Queen Pantsy France of Pants?" Riley asked.

"Maya, Amzie, I'm sorry I never told you about Bobbie Jo, but she made me promise." Katy said.

"Well, if this got out, it could ruin everything for me!" Bobbie said.

"What is it?"

"Anastasia Boulangerie is not from France." Katy said before the kids gasped.

"What?!"

"See?"

"Where is she from?" Maya asked.

"She's from Possum Trot, Arkansas." Katy said before the kids gasped again.

"What?!"

"See?"

"—but you're from Possum Trot, Arkansas." Amzie said as Maya nodded.

"What?!"

"Riley, you knew that." Amzie said as she looked at the brunette.

"I can't stop."

"Maya, you know how Maya Hart and Amzie Hunter have Riley Matthews?" Katy asked before the three linked their arms together.

"Always and forever."

"Well, Katy Grace Clutterbucket always thought she'd have Bobbie Jo Thibodeaux." Katy said as she looked at Bobbie.

"How do?"

"Your best friend was Anastasia Boulangerie?" Luke asked.

"No. My best friend was Bobbie Jo Thibodeaux. I was never very close to Anastasia Boulangerie—who left—but at one time, we would've done anything for each other." Katy said.

"Maya, Z, I don't understand. How could this happen to best friends?" Riley asked.

"Well, Katy, do you want us to set her free?" Amzie asked.

"No, Mama really wants this role." Katy said.

"No, really. How good a lawyer are you?" Katy asked.

"Ha ha. Ha ha." Amzie said as she pointed at Katy and Topanga.

"So we all heard from Yogi's father Officer Yogi about gritty real life. Now to talk to you guys about a life of imagination is Sarah's father, a movie director." Cory said.

"The policeman had nothing to do with us." Maya said

"We're in the clear." Riley said.

"I'm a movie director." DW said.

"We're fine."

"My next project is the new Anastasia Boulangerie movie." DW said.

"We're less fine." Amzie said.

"Does anybody know where she is?" DW asked.

"Go crazy." Amzie whispered to Riley.

"Bark!"

"My name is DW Preminger and I have my wonderful daughter to thank for the idea behind my new film about a struggling waitress and her daughter and her friends." DW said before everyone looked at Sarah.

"Yeah, that's right. You think I've just been sitting here? I've been taking notes. I've been writing my screenplay." Sarah said as she pointed at her notebook.

"—but in the fairytale town that is Hollywood, there's actually an upstart contender challenging Ms. Boulangerie for this role and it just might happen because the world loves an undiscovered underdog. Also because we can't find the other one. So does anybody know where she is?" DW asked.

"No!"

"I believe there was another thing you wanted to tell them, DW?" Cory asked.

"You know what else the audience likes? Authenticity! So in the interest of authenticity, DW Preminger's gonna extend an invitation to the real life friends of his daughter's imagination because what could be more Hollywood authentic than holding out false hope to you, who inspired the roles, to audition for the roles of Dookas—" DW said as he looked at Lucas.

"Dookas?"

"—Zed—"

"Zed?"

"—and Farkle Poopypants McStupidhead."

"Ha ha! Dookus!" Farkle said as he looked at Lucas.

"What about us?" Amzie asked.

"Aren't we in it?" Maya asked.

"Yeah, you sit on the side and don't talk." Sarah said.

"That seems fair." Riley shrugged.

"Now if you'll excuse me, I have a missing actress to locate." DW said.

"You gonna call in the FBI?" Riley asked.

"No, I was just gonna look around, but hey!" DW said before he left.

"You see, guys? I have good ideas." Riley said before Maya and Amzie put their heads in their hands.

"Worst sidekick ever."

"Free time. I don't remember the last time I had free time. What does one do with free time? Yes?" Topanga asked after Luke, Katy, and the girls walked in.

"Define felony." Maya said before Bobbie walked in.

"Oh my gosh. It's Anastasia Boulangerie and she's holding a radiator." Topanga said as she stood up.

"Oui. I am holding a radiator because the FBI is hot on my trail and they had to move me. I believe you are familiar with my captors?" Bobbie asked as she gestured to the kids with her free hand.

"Captors?"

"No, we only borrowed her, Mommy." Riley said.

"Did they only borrow you?" Topanga asked as she looked at Bobbie.

"Actually, I am enjoying myself. Yes." Bobbie said.

"Okay, good. Because otherwise it's kidnapping. Don't do that." Topanga said as she looked at the kids.

"We won't."

"There are consequences, you know." Topanga said.

"Oh. Anastasia Boulangerie is actually Bobbie Jo Thibodeux, my old friend from Possum Trot, Arkansas." Katy said.

"Really? That's a little hard to believe." Topanga said.

"Well, believe it, sister." Bobbie said in her regular accent.

"I know it's hard to believe, but it's true. We were best friends." Katy said.

"I don't know about that. Real best friends don't fall apart." Amzie said.

"Real best friends would do anything for each other, but I bet that you have loads of best friends now that you're rich and famous." Maya said.

"I'm sorry, Katy. I'm sorry that I made it hard to believe." Bobbie said.

"I'm Katy Grace."

"—and I'm Bobbie Jo!—and together—!" Bobbie started.

"—we are the Singin Possum Trotters!"

"Dingdingadingdingdinga dingdingding Dingadingading dingading dingding
Oh there's a fish and a bear and a cow over there
But you won't find better friends nowhere
Cause I'm Katy Grace
And I'm Bobbie Jo
Now wind us up and watch us go!"

"Oh boy, oh boy, oh boy." Riley said as she hugged Maya.

"Make it stop, make it stop, make it stop." Amzie said as Luke hugged her.

"Mommy, Mommy, Mommy!"

"I would love to do si do with you, but I can't unless you unlock me from this radiator. Do you trust me, old friend?" Bobbie asked after they stopped dancing.

"I've always trusted you. Amzie." Katy said as Amzie stood up.

"Are you sure, Katy?" Amzie asked.

"I'm sure." Katy said before she gestured to Bobbie.

"It was nice knowing you." Amzie said as she opened the door after she freed Bobbie from the handcuffs.

"Alright, let's do this thing. I'm Bobbie Jo—!" Bobbie started after she put the radiator down and closed the door.

"—and I'm Katy Grace—!"

"And we go together anyplace
It's me and you and you and me
And that's the way it'll always be—"

"Is it over?" Riley asked.

"It has to be!"

"Big finish!"

"No, it isn't over." Topanga said.

"We go together, we're friends forever
And ever and ever—!"

"Ooh."

"What?"

"Just real feelings." Bobbie said.

"We played all the county fairs. Promised each other that if either one of us ever got famous, we'd be happy for each other. I always have been. Bobbie Jo, I would never take anything away from you." Katy said as she held Bobbie's hands.

"I know that, Katy. I know you wouldn't." Bobbie said.

"Look at you two. Is fame and fortune really worth being separated from your best friend?" Maya asked.

"Yeah."

"Of course not."

"I don't get this." Riley said.

"Neither do I."

"I don't care how famous you got. Friends are supposed to be friends. Why didn't you miss her more?" Amzie asked.

"Well, I think maybe she did." Katy said as she looked at Bobbie.

"Yeah. The way I see it, you could've lifted up that radiator and gotten away any time you wanted. I would hardly call this a kidnapping." Topanga said with a smirk as she crossed her arms.

"Okay, fine. It wasn't. I knew it was Maya and Amzie from all the pictures I'd seen of the two of you." Bobbie said as she looked at the blondes.

"You looked us up?" Maya asked.

"Maybe a little."

"You checking up on us?" Katy asked.

"Congratulations on getting married again. He seems like a really a good man." Bobbie said.

"He's wonderful. I got my baby girl and my little sister and brother in law and a husband who loves me. I love my life." Katy said as Maya and Amzie smiled.

"Yeah. I love my life, too. So you will not be auditioning for the role of Katy anymore?" Bobbie asked.

"—against you?—me against you for the role of me? No, I'll be auditioning!—and I'm gonna beat you." Katy said before they glared at each other.

"They were best friends once, guys. Now they're going against each other." Riley said.

"Best friends are supposed to stay best friends." Maya said.

"I don't think they know that." Luke said.

"Hey, Sarah. We're here to audition for the roles of Dookas, Zed, and Farkle." Lucas said after they walked in.

"Yeah, you and the rest of the city." Sarah said before she gestured to everyone behind them.

"Anastasia! There you are, my darling! Where have you been?" DW asked after Katy, Bobbie, and the girls walked in.

"I took some time to consider my—how you say?—priorities." Bobbie said in her French accent.

"What?"

"Priorities."

"What?"

"I been thinking about stuff!" Bobbie said in her regular accent.

"What just happened? Alright, I'm all for Hollywood fairytales but the truth is she's a big box office draw and you're not. Anastasia, the role is yours unless someone has a real good reason why it isn't." DW said.

"Authenticity?"

"Sorry. What?" DW asked as he looked at Riley.

"You said that authenticity was a very big deal to you." Riley said.

"No, I said that authenticity was a very big deal to the audience. I prefer pretty people saying stuff." DW said.

"My mother's pretty and she says stuff just as good as she does." Maya said as she gestured to Bobbie.

"Yeah? Let's see if that's so. Would you like a moment to prepare?" DW asked as he looked at Katy.

"I've been prepared my whole life. I know it by heart." Katy said.

"I'll read the parts of Smiley, Zara, and Banana." Sarah said as she opened the script.

"Banana?"

"Zara?"

"I'm Smiley!"

"No, I'm gonna perform the scene to this Riley, this Amzie, and this Maya. Because they always kept me real. Actually, it only looks like nothing ever went right for me. Maybe being walked out on by the wrong guy is what allowed the right guy to walk in. Maybe watching my daughter and sister in law discover the joy of a best friend is what teaches me who mine really are. Maybe being apart is supposed to show you how hard you're supposed to fight to stay together. Because a true friend is the best thing that life has to offer." Katy said before DW looked at Bobbie.

"Anastasia?"

"I could never beat that." Bobbie said.

"Why not?"

"Because I don't believe in it. Yes, maybe I'm this, so I could be that, pish posh. I am who I am and this is who I am. Give the role to her. She was born to play it." Bobbie said.

"—but you're Anastasia Boulangerie." DW said.

"She is Katy Hunter: real person. Bravo. Be careful being famous. It's easy to forget who you are. Girls! You can borrow me anytime! Au revoir! I'm Bobbie Jo." Bobbie said as she looked at Katy.

"—and I'm Katy Grace."

"I wanna play Smiley!" Riley said after Bobbie left.

"You're not right for it." DW said.

"Okay!"

"Mr. Matthews, what do you call being best friends with someone one day and then growing apart forever?" Maya asked.

"Unfortunately, I call that normal, Maya." Cory said before the Hart girl looked down.

"No."

"Don't worry, Maya. Nothing could change us; not even Hollywood." Amzie said before Farkle walked in with an Elvis costume on.

"Huh!"

"Thank you! Thank you very much!"

"Oh my gosh! Farkle, you got the part!" Riley said.

"No."

"Just keeping the costume?" Riley asked as Farkle sat down.

"What costume?"

"Yeah, listen up, Sy. You tell them I only wanna be semi regular. Alright? I show up when I wanna. Tell em to get working on my catch phrases. I don't know. Something like Zay what?" Zay said as he leaned in the doorway.

"Zay, you got the part!" Riley said.

"No."

"Lucas?"

"I'm not Lucas anymore. I'm Taylor Tristan Cool Cool Poopy Pants McStupidhead." Lucas said as he leaned in the doorway with sunglasses on.

"You got the part!" Riley smiled.

"Yep."

"Really?"

"No!"

"Maya?"

"I decided that when I grow up, I wanna be my mother's daughter, I wanna be Riley and Amzie's friend, and I want us all to know how important we are to each other." Maya said.

"I would do anything for you." Amzie and Riley chorused as they looked at their best friend.

"I know."
