Rin POV
"Are we there yet?" Loudmouth shrugged.
"We still have a while to go," Canary answered as she continued to lead us towards the butler's office.
Seriously, I knew we've been walking for ages in this forest but this Loudmouth couldn't keep his mouth shut. It's getting annoying and it pissed me off.
"How much walking do we have to do..." He grunted for like the hundredths times now.
"Hey Loudmouth, I had a great idea. Why don't you introduce your upper lip to your lower lip sometime and SHUT THE HELL UP!" I turned to face him.
"I'll think about it." He walked passed me.
Ugh! He pisses me off!
"Well, that's new," Kurapika commented as he kept walking.
'I guess my tolerance for idiots is extremely low for today, huh?'
Continuing to follow them through the forests, I was fighting the urge not land a punch on his idiotic face. But I would love that idea if it came to action.
It was sunset, from below the hill covered in forest, we could clearly see a small mansion magnificently perched on the hill. One problem, though... That mansion might be miles away from where we stood.
"There it is," Canary pointed.
"That building?" I questioned.
She mentioned that's the butler's office, but it's too big to be a butler's office. I nearly thought it was Killua's house.
"But it's still far away." Loudmouth complained.
That's it! I had it with him!
"Look, if you can't take little more steps, then I suggest you stay here," I said feeling irritated.
"Hey, excuse me from not being a muscle freak like you!" He yelled.
"Excuse me?" I raised my eyebrow. "It's called strong, idiot. And it doesn't take a smart-ass to figure that out."
"You're saying I'm stupid?"
"I'm sorry, did I hurt your feelings? I thought you already knew." I sarcastically replied.
"Why you little..." He clenched his teeth and I smirk.
"What? You wanna pick a fight with me?"
"Would the two of you stop arguing with each other, we're here to see Killua, remember?" Kurapika said and the two of us huffed as we looked away.
"Seriously... Would there be a day when the two of you cease to argue with each other?" Kurapika sighed.
"Sure, when pigs fly," I replied as I eyed Loudmouth from behind.
"You bet!"
"I can't believe the two of you..." Kurapika rubbed the bridge of his nose.
Just then, Gon called out to Canary.
"Say, Canary. Won't you get in trouble for bringing us here?"
"They already know what I'm doing. So I'm prepared to take the consequences." She said with her poker face back on.
"If there's any trouble, I'll take responsibility." Gon said.
Canary glanced back at Gon and closed her eyes.
"No. I'm merely serving as a guide for Killua-sama's friends."

Third person POV
"Killua-sama, we've been waiting for you." A grown butler named Gotoh welcomed Killua at the front door of the butler's office.
"Gotoh, where's Gon and Rin now? You do know, right?" Killua seemed so eager to see his friends as he asked with excitement reflecting his blue eyes.
"Canary is bringing Gon-sama and Rin-sama here, along with their two friends," Gotoh replied.
"Really?!" Killua eyes brighten with joy.
"They should arrive shortly, so please wait inside." Gotoh invited Killua into the building.
"Okay."
But before he took another step further, he called out to his butler.
"Gotoh."
"Yes, sir."
"Let me know the second Gon and Rin gets here."
"Yes, sir. I shall notify you immediately." Gotoh bowed his head slightly.
With a smile plastered on his face, Killua walked passed his butler. At that moment, Gotoh glanced at his young master.
'Forgive me, Killua-sama.'

Rin POV
"Hey, we finally made it!"
As we followed the path towards the mansion, finally the mansion came into view. But what we didn't expect was a five row of butlers standing in front of the house. Standing with their back straight and no sign of emotions whatsoever sure gave out the feelings of welcomeness-- NOT.
"Welcome." They bowed their heads to us in perfect sync.
"This... is... unexpected," I muttered.

"Please forgive the rude reception. The lady of the house has asked us to treat you as official guests." The head butler, Gotoh said.
"Is that better?" Another butler asked as he tended to Gon's wounds.
"Thanks!" Gon thanked him and looked at the small mirror in his hand. He laughed at his own reflection considering almost half of his face was covered with bandages.
"Mou~ Gon you look like a mummy now. Are you sure you don't want the bean? It can also heal any injuries, ya know." I stared at his face with concerned.
"It's okay, I'm feeling better now." He assured with a smile.
"Seriously, you're so persistent..." I sighed in defeat.

"Then, this is not the primary residence?" Kurapika looked around the room.
"No, this place is for the butlers," Canary informed. She stood behind us with the other group of butlers in a row.
"Killua really is a rich boy, huh?" I wondered as I was captivated by the size of the living room.
"Well, please make yourselves at home," Gotoh sat on the sofa opposite of us.
"I appreciate the hospitality, but we've come here to see Killua. Can you take us to him at once?" Loudmouth said.
"That won't be necessary." He replied.
"Why not?"
"Killua-sama is on his way here."
The moment he said that, my eyes narrowed. I could've sworn I sensed Killua nearby. Was it my imagination? Or is he lying for some reason?
"You aren't lying, are you?" I eyed him suspiciously, observing his facial expressions that cease to show any sign of emotions.
"Why is that?" He tilted his head slightly.
"I can sense Killua nearby."
"Really?!" Gon exclaimed with excitement.
"I told you, Killua-sama is on his way here. So please wait a little longer." He said and my doubts grew.
"That's great news, guys!" Loudmouth cheered.
"Yeah!" Gon smiled happily.
I know this was supposed to be an exciting moment, but I just can't get this feeling off my chest. Call it a woman's intuition? Whatever it is, I know he's up to something.
"Now then... To simply sit and wait would be dull. How about a game, to pass the time?" The guy smirked.
"A game?"
He held out a coin in his hand and flipped it over in the air, as the coin descend, he grabbed it with both hands closed them in a fist.
"Which hand holds the coin?" He asked.
All of us stared at him for a while before answering together.
"The left hand."
"Correct." He revealed the coin in his left hand with a smile. But I know too well that's not a sincere smile.
"So, I'll move more quickly this time."
He flipped the coin over again but this time it's a little bit faster than before.
"Well? Which hand?" He showed us his balled fist.
"Left," I suspiciously eyed him while answering his question.
"Left again!" Gon smiled.
"Marvelous." He said as the butlers behind him clapped their hands.
"Then, I shall try harder this time." He flipped the coin in the air.
But this time it's not only faster, but it's also confusing. He danced his hand in immense speed before grabbing the coin. Then, he asked us again, but the way he said sent intimidating vibe rather than the friendly way he asked before.
"Well? Which hand?"
"I'm positive, but I'd guess the right." Loudmouth placed his fingers under his chin as he wondered.
"You see, I have known Killua-sama his entire life. I dare say that I care for him as though he were my own. In all honesty, I must despise you for trying to take him away. His lady mother could barely speak... She must be heartbroken, having to watch him leave. I cannot forgive it." His Ki is flaring with anger as a vein popped on his head. The way he glared his eyes at us made us tensed. But it'll take more than that to intimidate me.
"Why?" I asked as I faced him without the slightest fear in my eyes. His cold eyes darted towards me in the spot.
"In my opinion, you should despise yourself. If you truly love Killua the way you said you do. You should let him be happy. His family should let him do what he wants instead. We're just here so that he could be happy. Isn't that what you really want?" I said.
"Rin..." Gon muttered beside me in disbelief.
I continued to have my eyes on him while he continued to glare at me. It took him a while before he replied.
"The likes of you would never understand the position you're in. By the time Killua-sama arrives, a decision will be reached. I shall test you in my own way. You have no choice."
As the head butler said that, the rest of the butlers surrounding us held out a knife. One of them pointed the knife against Canary's neck.
"Canary!" Gon exclaimed in concern.
"This is her punishment for having brought you here, against her orders. Now, answer the question." He said as he tightened his balled fist.
"It's left," My eyes didn't waver from his.
Being a Saiyan made me possess tremendous levels of superhuman speed and reflexes than the average human; reflexes so fast that I can avoid bullet without any trouble at all, or even catch them with no harm. Flipping a coin like this was nothing that I couldn't handle. So my answers should be correct.
He opened both of his fists and revealed the bent coin in his left hand.
"I shall explain the rules. It will be four rounds. If you answer incorrectly, that person is out of the game. Should you all be disqualified, I shall tell Killua-sama that you left. And that he will never see you again." His forehead puckered in anger.
I scoffed.
"Bring it on," I smirked.
"Your lives hang by a thread. Now, answer my question." He flipped the coin again.
And just like before, he danced his hand around so fast it made his hands seemed blurry. All the others seemed to be tense but I could see his movements in slow motion.
"Which hand." He asked after he grabbed the coin.
The others looked at each other before trying to decide their answer.
"Don't take too long, you have three seconds to answer. Hey, after three seconds have passed, slit her throat." He ordered the butler that was holding Canary captive.
"Okay." The butler smirked.
This time, the atmosphere grew even heavier and I could sense that Loudmouth was agitated.
"Wait! Left hand." Loudmouth answered on the spot.
I scoffed at his hasty action. Well, it's just what I expected from him anyway.
"It's on the right," I smirked.
"I pick the right." Gon said.
"Me too," Kurapika said.
Gotoh opened his palm and revealed the coin in his right hand. Loudmouth flinched at the sight.
"One disqualified." He declared before flipping the coin again.
His movements were even faster than before and I noticed that Gon and Kurapika were both stiffened.
I see his plan now, his movements are faster by each game. More like a level up. So it'll get even harder by each round. Interesting...
"Which hand?" He asked as steam coming out from his fist.
"Left," I answered shortly.
Gon and Kurapika looked at each other before deciding their answer.
"I choose the right hand," Kurapika said.
"I pick the left." Gon said with his eyebrow furrowed.
"It was in my left hand," Gotoh opened his left palm and the coin was there.
"Only two remains now." He eyed Gon and me with a cold glare before trying to flip the coin.
"Here I go--"
But before he could flip it, he was halted.
"One second!"
"What is it? If you're trying to buy time, I'll kill one of your friends." He warned Gon.
"Leorio, lend me your knife." Gon turned to face Loudmouth.
"Huh?"
"Eh? What are you gonna do with it?" I asked.
"Don't worry. I won't use it for anything stupid." He assured before removing the bandage on his left eye.
Loudmouth handed him his knife. With that, Gon twirled the knife in his hand before slashing his left eyelid.
"Gon!"

Killua POV
Right now, I'm laying on the sofa while eating my favorite chocolate balls. I've already finished boxes of chocolate balls while waiting for them. But seriously, it's already been forever. What's taking them so long anyway?!
I can't wait to see them again. But this waiting is tiring me up.
"Man, how long do I have to wait?" I jolted up from the sofa.
"Hey, Gotoh!" I called out and get out of the room I was in. "Anyone around?"
Staring suspiciously at the dark hallway, I narrowed my eyes.
"What's going on?"

Rin POV
"Yosh! Okay! Now I can see."
He slashed his eyelid so that the bleeding will reduce the swelling. That's what Kurapika said anyway.
"Gon, sometimes I wonder, are you afraid of beans? Why didn't you ask me one!" I scolded him.
"I didn't really think I'll need it, though." He faced me with his innocent eyes.
"Jeez, why can't you listen to me for once..." I sighed.
"Enough fooling around, there are two rounds left," Gotoh said and we shifted our attention to him.
"Give me your best!" Gon exclaimed in determination.
"You bet!" I smirked.
Gotoh only smirked before flipping the coin in the air.
As expected, it is getting faster each round. But not to the point where I can't see it. I know Gon can see it too. He's not a normal human and what more, I have faith in him.
"Which hand?"
"Left hand." We both answered together at the same time.
"Not bad." He commented.
"Then..." He stood up from his seat and the two butlers beside him moved closer.
He flipped the coin and the two butlers join in as they too had their hands dancing around in immeasurable speed.
Kurapika and Loudmouth had their mouth wide open. However, Gon and I remained calm as we focused on the scene in front of us.
Finally, the three of them held out their steamed fists before Gotoh asked.
"Who now holds the coin?"
Gon and I looked at each other and grinned widely.
"The person behind us!" We pointed at the butler behind us simultaneously with a confident smile on our face.
The butler behind us held out his fist and revealed the coin on his right palm.
"Brilliant."
With that, all the butlers in the room applauded.

Third person POV
Just as the butlers were clapping their hands, the door opened.
"Gotoh, is Gon and Rin here yet?" A familiar voice echoed in the room and some of them had realized who it was.
"Killua!" Gon cried out as he jolted from his seat.
"Oh! You're here, Gon!" Killua exclaimed with his eyes gleamed in excitement. "Along with... Kurapika!"
"I'm just an afterthought?" Kurapika muttered.
"Liorio!"
"Leorio!!!" Loudmouth corrected him with an irritated face.
"And... Rin--!" Before he could even turn to face his other friend, he was caught off guard as his eyes widened.
The arms that held him were soft, yet strong. The feeling of her body so close to him soothed him more than he had expected. It felt as if when he was in her arms, all the pain melted away, mental and physical, mostly the depressing pain. If only he could stay in her arms forever... One could only hope.
"You idiot! Do you know how much I was worried about you...?" Rin said as she fought back her tears. She tightened her embrace around him as she buried her face on his chest.
"Rin... " Killua muttered. Remembering the incident that occurred before he went home made his eyes filled with regret.
"I'm sorry... I thought it might be better that way--!"
"THE HELL YOU DO!!!"
BANG!!!
Locking his body with her arms, Rin arched her back as she slammed Killua's head on the floor causing everyone's mouth to open wide. Gon had a sweat dropped trickling down his forehead as he managed an awkward laugh. Kurapika, on the other hand, was shaking his head in defeat.
"That's really gonna hurt." Leorio flinched.
"Ow! That hurt stupid! What was that for!?" Killua snapped as he rubbed his throbbing head.
"You're the stupid one here! That was for leaving without saying anything!"
"Huh?" Killua looked at her disbelief.
"Oh... So that's her unfinished business." Gon figured.
"You could've written a letter or at least tell us something before you left! I thought something bad might have happened to you!" Rin yelled.
"How the hell can I even do that? You were dying at that time!"
"The hell I am! You think your brother could've killed me? Hah! In your dreams!"
"You were spitting blood out of your mouth!"
"Oh, you should've seen me spitting blood after a fight!"
"The colors drained from your face!"
"That's because I'm pale, to begin with!"
"You just collapsed!"
"I've collapse every time when I'm tired!"
With each comebacks Rin came up with, Killua finally had it as he lashed out what he's been keeping in his heart for some time now.
"I THOUGHT I MIGHT LOSE YOU!" Killua shouted leaving everyone in the room in silence.
"...!" Rin eyes widened in surprise as she stared at Killua who had his eyes glued on the floor.
The look of regret and pain were clear in his eyes and she knew he's being serious at the time.
"I thought I might lose you... Or Gon, or even both... I knew my brother better than anyone... He just could if he wants to. What happens to you is a warning. And I don't want anything to happen to you more than that. I'm sorry if I made you worried." His eyebrows were furrowed and his eyes were still fixated on the ground, not daring to make eye contact with the girl standing in front of him.
But that awkward moment of his only last for a second as he felt something poking his forehead. Jerking his head up, he can see a smile on the girl's face.
"Are you an idiot? I'm not gonna die so easily. Because I'll be there to make fun of you all the time." She teased with a smile plastered on her face causing a shade of pink to form on his cheek.
"Is that even a good reason?" He muttered while averting her gaze.
"Sure it is. You look cute when you blush!" Rin laughed.
"Shut up!" Killua yelled as his face turns even redder.
Everyone in the room burst out laughing at the scene. That's when Gon walked towards them.
"It's great, huh? We get back together like this." Gon had his arms around Rin and Killua's shoulder with a satisfying smile on his face.
"Yeah, it's been a while. I can't believe you guys came. What happened? Your face is a wreck!" Killua pointed out with a laughed.
"Yours isn't any better!" Gon grinned.
That's when they felt a demonic aura beside them as they see Rin with blazing red eyes. The fire of wrath flaring behind her comically.
"Both of you... are in a complete wreck!"
TWIST!
Grabbing both of the boys' ears, Rin twisted them making them flinched in pain.
"Ow! Ow, ow, ow! Rin! It hurts! It hurts!" Gon flinched.
"Ow, ow! Rin, you're pulling my ears off!" Killua yelled.
"Oh, so now it hurts? Well, it doesn't hurt you guys when being beaten up to a pulp, huh?!" Rin twisted their ears, even more, causing them to scream in pain.
"Is it alright to leave the young master with them?" One of the butlers whispered in Gotoh's ear.
"Yes, it sure is fine," Gotoh replied as he stared at his young master who was having fun with his friends.
'I've never seen you look so happy before, Killua-sama.'
"We're sorry Rin! We're sorry!" Gon apologized.
"Jeez, what am I gonna do with the two of you..." Rin cupped her hands on her hip with a sigh.
"Here, eat up!"
Before the boys could even realize it, Rin popped something in their mouths, more like a bean. In that instant, the boys felt the rush of energy flowing throughout their bodies and the next thing they knew, their wounds were healed.
"Whoah! I feel great!"
"My wounds are healed!"
"Told you. Man, you guys should take better care of yourselves." Rin said with a sighed.
"You're one to talk. You grabbed a freakin blade for god sake!" Killua recalled.
"It was necessary." Rin nodded.
"Necessary my ass!"
"Hey, it wasn't that bad!"
"The hell it is!"
"At least I have better care of myself."
"Hah! Says the little girl." Killua retorted.
POW!
Killua laid there on the floor, clutching his painful stomach after being punched by Rin in the gut.
"You deserve that." Gon whispered beside him.
"You're not helping at all, Gon." Killua's eyes twitched as he got back up from the floor.
"Hey Gotoh, I told you to let me know as soon as they arrived. What were you doing?" Killua faced his butler.
"Forgive me, I had them participate in a little game." Gotoh bowed a little.
"A game?"
"It was nothing more than a poor joke. I apologize for any aggravation. Did you enjoy yourselves?" Gotoh asked us.
"That was a really good acting..." Loudmouth muttered.
"What? Did they try something?" Killua turned his head to face Gon.
"No, they were entertaining us." Gon smiled.
"More like testing us." I rolled my eyes with my arms crossed.
"Really? Well, whatever. Anyway, let's go somewhere else. Anywhere else, right now. If we stay here, my mother will give us an earful!" Killua suggested.
"Sounds good to me!" Rin agreed immediately.
"Yeah!"
"Hey, Gotoh. Listen up. I don't care what mother says. Don't follow me." Killua demanded before leaving the room.
"Understood, please take care." Gotoh bowed again.
"Gon, Rin, let's go. Bye!" He bid his last farewell before stepping out of the room.
"Goodbye then!"
Once the guys were out of the room, Gon turned to face Gotoh.
"Gotoh-San, once Killua leaves, you'll be lonely, huh?" He asked.
"No. We butlers feel no emotional attachment to our employers." Gotoh said with a poker face.
"You're lying." Gon stuck his tongue out before turning to leave.
Before he could leave the room, Gotoh called him. Gon halted his legs and turned to face Gotoh with a puzzled face.
"Gon-kun..."
Gotoh flipped the coin in the air and grabbed it with both of his hands.
"Well, which hand?"
"Isn't it your left hand?"
But as he answered, Gotoh opened his hands and surprisingly, the coin was in his right hand.
"What? No way!"
"Indeed. It was a deception. In this world, there are many things that are wrong. Please be careful. I am entrusting Killua-sama to you." Gotoh bowed at Gon.
Gon nodded before running out the door. As he passed Canary who had her head in a bow, he bowed too, bidding his farewell.
"Bye, Canary!"
As Gon left the room, a small smile formed on Canary's lips.
"Took you long enough, Gon!" Killua said.
"What were you doing?" I asked.
"Sorry about that." Gon apologized.
"Let's make ourselves scarce before more trouble comes."
Finally, the five of them left the Zoldyck estate and continue their journey that is yet to come. After all, life is a journey with problems to solve, lessons to learn but most of all, experience to enjoy,
