You were watching the boys concert from the side stage.
While singing along you noticed Niall was heading to sit down on a prop.....
Harry wen over whispering something in his ear earning a simple shrug from Niall.
You didn't let it phase you too much knowing if something was wrong Niall would tell you.
Minutes later Niall was up and running around with the rest of the guys being crazy with them as always:)

The concert was coming to an end as the boys were saying their thank yous.
You noticed Niall didn't say anything to the crowd as he just stood there gazing into space looking at the ground ever now and then.
The boys were running off stage as Niall stumbled behind them heading toward you.
"Good job babe!!" You said excitedly giving Niall a passionate kiss.
"Thanks.." He croaked out
"You ready to go?" You asked as he nodded heading back to the bus with you.
Once on the bus Niall headed strait for his bunk leaving you with the rest of the boys.
"Does he seem okay to you guys?" You asked as you guys all sat around without Niall
"He told me he felt dizzy" Harry informed you seeing the concern in your voice
"I'm gonna go check on him.." You got up heading to Nialls bunk
You ran your hand down Nialls back earning a groan in reply
"You feeling okay honey?" You asked as you saw him nod his head not looking at you
"I'm fine.." He mumbled from tiredness
"Harry said you felt a little sick during the concert?" You whispered
"Yeah... I'm fine now... Just tired" he informed you
He turned around facing you giving you a weak smile...
"Get some sleep" you said as you kissed his forehead gently feeling heat radiate off of it

"He says hes fine..." You told the boys walking back into the front room of the bus
"Yeah right..." Zayn sasses with a thick Bradford accent
"I'm gonna go lay down with him to see if he'll open up" you decided walking back to Nialls bunk
"Ni.. I'm gonna lay with you okay?" You asked
Niall nodded scooting over a little for you to fit in with him.
"I know you have a fever sweetheart.. Just tell me if you feel worse?" You asked concerned
"I will.." He mumbled falling asleep with you following in his footsteps minutes late

You heard whimpering coming from beside you as well as a sweaty form lying next to you.
You felt Nialls head recoiling quickly feeling a burning fever.
"Niall.. Are you awake?" You asked knowing he probably was because he was whimpering
"Yeah.." He whispered
"Are you feeling okay?" You asked as he turned over to face you
"No.... I don't feel very well.." He sobbed laying his head on your chest
"Let's go lay down on the couch.." You suggested helping Niall out of the bunk
He sluggishly walked with you to the back of the bus to lay down.
"Here your go.." You said pulling a thin blanket over his heated body
"I'm gonna take your temperature" you told his sticking the small stick into his mouth
"103.9, that's not very good" you whispered worried at what you should do
You brought a wash cloth to his sweat covered head trying to cool him down.
"I feel sick..." Niall whimpered up at you
"Do you feel like you might be sick?" You asked
He nodded as you rushed out retrieving the vomit bucket which was always on the bus incase someone got car sick.
"Here ya go.." You set the bucket next to the couch
"I wanna go home.." He whimpered as you sat by him
Niall moved to set his head on your lap as you ran your fingers through his blonde tufts of hair.
"We can't now baby..you'll feel better soon" you said feeling bad for him:(

After a few minutes you heard Niall let out a painful sob.
"Oh baby.. Don't cry" you whispered lift his shirt rubbing your hand on his sweaty back
"Help me..." He sobbed starting to cry even harder
"Shhhh... Babe..I'm gonna go get help" you jumped off the couch quickly getting to Liam's bunk knowing he'd be the best at this type of thing.
"Liam! Wake up" you whisper yelled into his ear
"Huh.. What?" He sat up confused
"Nialls feeling really bad..I need your help?" You asked as Liam quickly got out of the bed walking to the back

Niall was a sobbing mess on the couch crying with snot and tears all over his heated face.
"Oh my...." Liam whispered quickly rushing over to Niall
He gently felt his head," Niall.. You've got to calm down. You'll make yourself sick." Liam turning into doctor mode scared for the boys Health.
"His fevers 104.5 we need to get him to the hospital... Call Paul" he quickly got up from beside Niall
You yanked out your phone calling Paul telling him to get here FAST!!
"Let's get him out to the front.." Liam said gently pulling Niall to his feet
"Okay" you quickly followed after Liam rushing to the front.

"What happened!?" Paul asked quickly running into the bus
"He didn't feel well last night but he woke up with a bad fever and he's in hysterics" you informed Paul on the situation
"Okay let's go!" Paul said picking Niall up with ease carrying him off the bus and to the van
You and Liam headed off with them getting Niall to the hospital as fast as they could.
"Y/n....." Niall moaned in the car
"You okay?" You asked seeing Niall's green tinted face
"I'm gonna be sick..." He whimpered
You looked around for something for him to be sick in but there was nothing...
"Try and hold off till we get there but if you have to your gonna babe to be sick on the floor" you informed him pulling him more toward you
"Y/n I'm go-" he didn't get anything else out as he quickly turned his head away from your expelling his stomach onto the floor of the car
You rubbed his back whispering reassuring him as we pulled into the hospital parking lot.
Paul jumped out of the car grabbing Niall running toward the door.

You and Liam rushed in after him.
"Where is he!?" You panicked looking for Niall
"Y/n.. Calm down, they took him back to do some tests" Paul assured you as you guys sat down in the uncomfortable chairs.
Half an hour later a lady came to the door," Niall Horan?" She called out
"Um family right?" She asked
"Um... Were his only people on the road." Paul informed her and she got the memo
"Follow me." She walked off you,Liam, and Paul following close behind.

You came to Niall's room going into the white room.
There Niall layed... Machines attached to him.
"Babe...." You whimpered tears coming to your eyes just seeing his weak form
"I'm okay..." Niall whispered hugging you softly from his bed
"What happened with him?" Paul asked the middle aged nurse
"Well, our tests show he has had the stomach flu for a couple of days. The performance must have added to the flu and he had become dehydrated. He's had some stress stomach aches too." She Informed you on all his illness
"Okay..'thank you miss" Paul smiled at her as she walked out of the room
"Why didn't you say anything earlier?" Liam asked
"I didn't really think it was anything." Niall said sheepishly
"That doesn't matter, all that matters is that you are okay." You said kissing Niall softly on his pink lips
"I love you" Niall whispered
"I love you too" you whispered back
"Now get some sleep" Paul said a little sternly wanting Niall to get better

Niall ended up on the hospital for only 2 days and that was to get fluids back into his system.
He was feeling all the way better in the next week:)
