A/N: This was another type of spontaneous writing sessions. I was thinking and they were talking about infrared cameras on the radio, don't ask me why. Eventually one word lead to another and this piece was born.
It's contagious
This feeling outrageous
Come take us
We are the courageous
Beating hearts
Shifting all our parts
Then it starts
Consider it a fine art
Bleeding out
No screams or shouts
Full of doubt
Can't let it out
Deep breaths
Sharp pains in chest
So distressed
Dreams of death
Bloodshot eyes
A brilliant disguise
Full of lies
We are the wise
Burning hate
Standing up straight
Anticipate
This is our fate
It will spread
It's in our heads
Infrared
Until we're dead
