Spinning
Dizziness
It's going down
Everything
It seems
Is blurry
Morphing into one another
My eyes
Cross over
Each other
Thinning the line of reality
I can't
Feel my
Body
Did I even ever have one
Did I have
Lungs to breathe
Lips to speak
A tongue to taste
Did I even
Exist
At this point
Or am I nothing at all
As I
Presume
This madness
Am I even alive at this point
What are
These thoughts
Or threads
That's keeping me together
To be
Able to
Comprehend
A full coherent
Is it
Coherent
