I plopped on my bed before looking at the ceiling.In a few months, I'll be debuting.I would have lesser freedom to go out.Some people might even hate me.Well what's new with that.All people do is judge others who've done nothing wrong.

Ah I'm over thinking again.. Is this normally what happens during puberty or am I always like this?

"Ahjjuma, where are the others?", did they accidentally left me on the studio?That's odd.I was thinking of going out or probably having a mini celebration since it's my birthday.

"I think I saw them left a while ago, they thought you already left", really?Did they really just left me here?Sigh.I don't even know any of the members' numbers.I should probably just sit here and wait for them to realize I'm not there.

"We thought you went missing!", she added, I bowed as a form of apology, "I'm sorry, where are the others?" 

She sighed, guiding me to the van, "They left with the other van" "Why?"that's weird.We always ride the same van.

The whole ride home I've been thinking about it.Is something wrong?Maybe they were just tired of the filming.

Yeah probably that.

"You go on inside Hyunjae, I've got something else to do", she said, leaving. "but it's my--", nevermind.There's always next year.

I opened the door, sulking.

There was a loud pop, and part poppers came falling from the side of the door.Infront of me is Taeyong-oppa, holding a cake, with the members filming from behind.

"Saeng-il chuka hamnida, saeng-il chuka hamnida, saranghaneun Hyunjae-e, saeng-il chuka hamnida", "I hate you all", I said, trying not to cry.They just laughed. 

"I thought you forgot"

"Come on!Make a wish!", I took a deep breath.I wish to spend more years with these dorks, and I wish for achievements for NCT.I blew the candles.

"Someone finally felt what I did!", I slapped Jisung's shoulder.I remembered their surprise for them too. "I thought you've forgotten about it", I even crossed my arms.

"That ladies and gentlemen is how you surprise the maknae", Donghyuck-oppa said, pointing at the camera. "I actually thought something was up when you guys rode a different van, but I was sad that you forgot"
