Chapter 4

It was the next morning and I had to get ready for school. I can't wait to go to school.

Stormie: Ross! Breakfast!

Ross: One sec!

I rush and take a quick shower and change for school running down with my bag over my shoulder.

Ross: Later!

I grab my skate board and a apple and skate down to school. I was listening to music till I see the mysterious girl walking out of her house. I should go say hi and see if she's okay.

Ross:(stops his skateboard and walks over to her)

I was about to say hi till I got tackled to the ground.

Ross: Ah! Get off of my freaks! (pushes them off)

I look and see the girl walking off.

Ross:(looks at the people) Thanks for--Chad?! Chris?!

Chad: Sorry man but we gotta

Ross: What the hell guys!

Chris: Sorry man but we had to

Ross: Why?! She did nothing wrong!

Chad: We were just looking out for you!

Ross: Well stop it! (stands up)

Chris: Ross--

Ross: I know you're trying to protect me and all but I don't need your protecting! I just want to know her name!

I sigh frustratingly and about to ride my skateboard to school till...

Chad: Laura

Ross:(turns around) Huh?

Chad: Her name is Laura, Laura Marano

Ross: H-Ho--

Chris: We just know okay? End of discussion

Ross: Wha--

Chris:(walks off)

Ross:(looks at Chad)

Chad: Just let it go man

Chad puts a hand on my shoulder and we walk. I couldn't ride my skateboard anymore bc the wheel broke off when Chad and Chris tackled me. I decided to drop the conversation since it was obvious that Chris and Chad didn't want to talk about it any more, especially Chris. I wonder what's up with him?

Saved by the bell. Huh. So cliché but whatever. I grab my books and walk out with everyone else. Soon I was walking to my locker with Chad.

Chad: Hey man

Ross:(smiles small) Hey

Chad: What's with that smile? You usually have a bigger smile

Ross:(plasters a big smile) Happy?

Chad: What's up man?

Ross: It's just.... (sighs and stops looking at Chad) What happened with you guys and that myster-- I mean Laura girl?

Chad:(sighs) Just drop it man, please

Ross: But--

Chad:(grabs his hand and drags him to a empty classroom)

Ross: Chad? What's going on?

Chad:(locks the door)

Ross:(puts his hands up in surrender) I swear this looks like you're gonna rape me
