Chapter 34

Sakura's PoV

After I keep my belongings (since the event is done), I take a glance back to Chaeyeon and she is looking for someone.

I guess she is looking for her managers because Minju and the tall couple message me about Hyewon and Chaewon in the hospital.

I walk out of the event to visit them in the hospital.

Yeah, I don't have anything to do because I already did all of my work yesterday and the meetings are tomorrow.

When I get out of the event, I suddenly heard a man scream.

But the event is finish now so why is he screaming?

Then I realize that the way he screaming is not for being fun but being scared.

I leave my things and quickly run back to where  Chaeyeon is.

I am not a good runner but I would run fast just to save my future wife.

Due to the out of lights, I can't clearly see where I am.

I heard the noise of someone shooting with their gun.

Please not Chaeyeon. I can't live if I can't see her.

I get my phone from my pocket and called the police.

I can't defeat them by my own but they are still gonna lose.

I follow the loud noise and passed a man's body, full of blood.

Glad it's not Chaeyeon but sorry man for dying.

I put my ears on his chest to check if he is breathing.

I leave him there and go to Chaeyeon's side.

I can see the three men and their figures.

I can't clearly see what's around me earlier but I bring the new gadget with me.

I wear the gadget a while ago and clearly saw everthing around me.

The three man start to get close to Chaeyeon and I can see her, hugging her knees tighter.

I can't think of anything and suddenly, I heard the sounds of police.

I bet the three men doesn't heard it yet.

A thought came to my mind.

She won't die if they got distracted!

I don't know what I am thinking but I call the man.

"You man!" I call them with my arms pointing to them.

They point their guns to me but I just smirk under my mask.

They chase me and I run fastly as I can.

When I came to the dead end, the lights finally turn on and I turn around to look at the three men.

They smirk at me but I take off my mask and gadget before I talk.

"Bye bye." I said with my deadly smile, making them confused.

There, they got caught by the polices surrounding around then.

How did I know?

While I am running, I saw some polices hiding so I decided to run to the dead end so they won't be able to escape. When I turn around earlier, the polices surrounding them.

Why are they not using their guns to shoot me?

Because those are fake.

Earlier when I put my ears on the 'dead' man's chest, he is still breathing and I felt him flinch.

The blood are also fake.

In my conclusion, they planned this together with the 'dead' man.

I ran back to where Chaeyeon is and I find her talking with her managers.

I look beside her and my guess is right. The 'dead' man escape already.

They didn't notice my presence because I hide on the wall.

I walk out of the event and get my things back.

Phew~ that's some big exercise for both my mind and body. It's been a long time since I run like that.
