Today is his arrival from one week team building in Hong Kong. I'm just ecstatic to see him so I've decided to surprise him by picking him up from the airport.

Ang buong akala niya Amihan is off to Vigan for a trip. Sabi ko pa 2 days akong mawawala.
"Babe seryoso talaga? Bakit naman ang malas saktong pagdating ko jan paalis na kayo? Di ba pwedeng madelay kahit mga isang oras? Mahug lang kita.." I'm trying hard to hide my grin as we facetime.
"Kaya nga b, I'm sorry. You know how unpredictable my sched can be. I miss you too." I lied to him.
Little did he know I'm already here at the airport waiting for him.
Kiefer
"Paps, mauna na kami ah. See you sa ronac!" My teammates told me as we all went our separate ways. Dumiretso na ko sa Bay 5, dun naman ako lagi sinusundo ng driver ko.
For starters, I'm not excited to be home. Wala naman si Mika. Dadramahan nanaman ako ni Mama if she ever hears my thoughts right now.
Some people noticed my presence and asked for photos and I just let them. After sometime lumabas na ko.
Lazily I opened the shotgun seat when I reached outside.
"Kuya, kamusta?" Without looking I asked my driver. I didn't hear his response.
"Paopen na lang ng likod Kuya." Sabi ko sabay labas ulit para ilagay ang maleta ko sa likod.
Mika
I could see him marching his way to me, I giggled as I imagine his reaction once he sees me. He'll be thrilled for sure, judging the way he looked right now. Paniwalang paniwala siya na wala ako.
I was so ready to greet him and give him a very warm hug but he didn't even look at me.
Aba't.
Pagkabalik niya para sana sumakay, finally tinignan niya na ako. I couldn't even describe his reaction. His eyes almost leaving its socket, yung bibig niya nakanganga.
"I miss you too baby." I broke the silence and hugged him.
"You're here." He finally spoke.
"I am and I love you." With so much sincerity I answered him.
His mouth still open I kissed his nose.
"Jitim jitim." I teased and bear hug him.
Days after his arrival naramdaman ko nanaman the rush of our wedding.
I guess everyone's right, you already have your wedding plotted out even before meeting that someone who you'll choose to be with. In my case, I was only waiting for him to make it to a reality.
After bagging that gold medal last ASEAN Women's Volleyball games for our country we all went home and I did a lot of catching up with the wedding preparations.
"Parang ang tagal pa ng kasal pero ang dami ng inaayos." I said to my Mama who's helping me jot down the guests and all those names I need for our save the date. Kiefer has games to do kaya nasa training pa siya 'til now.
"Ganyan talaga, akala mo lang na 2 years preparation is enough." Mom explained.
Me and Kiefer decided it'll be on March 15, 2017. In Tagaytay, over-looking the picturesque beaut of the Taal Lake. It's gonna be an early morning wedding.
