Kiefer

Tita Baby's surprise party is going to take place tonight, we're ecstatic but little did Mika know it's not entirely Tita Baby who's clueless of what'll happen this night.

I know I owe our families kaya naisip ko to do the proposal again. Kinausap ko muli ang Papa ni Mika, kaya ang dalas ko sa bahay nila noong mga nakaraan habang nasa Japan si Mika.

Akala niya this is solely a birthday party for her Mom, and Tita Baby thought it's for my proposal for Mika. Hindi nila alam pareho it's for the both of them.

"Don't tell me kinakabahan ka pa eh suot na nga ni Mika yung engagement ring niyo." Pauly teased me. I'm not worried about Mika, to be honest, I'm more worked up because we're gonna announce it tonight. Everyone for sure will be informed that she's my soon to be for life partner.

In front of our families and closest friends. I'm gonna make this official.

Knowing how fidgety Mika can be surely after tonight aawayin ako nun for going public but I'm gonna do this for her.

It is still simple, gusto ko lang sa harap ng mga mahal namin sa buhay dahil parte sila ng journey namin from being friend to lovers and now level up.

"Kuya, are you ready?" Mom asked me.

"I am Ma, please lang wag kayong iiyak ni Dani dun ah?" I gave Mom a heads up, yung sinabi mo pa nga lang sa kanila that I'm gonna propose nagiyakan na sila ngayon pa kayang they're gonna witness the proposal?

"Thirds, yung video don't forget ah." I reminded Thirdy, checking last minute details. Everything has to be in proper places.

"Relax lang tayo Paps, don't worry. Wala ng kawala yung isa sayo." Sabi ni Thirdy at inakbayan ako.

"Thanks Bro, kaunti na lang masosolo mo na kwarto natin." Biro mo sa kanya.

"Been waiting for that Paps." He replied and we both chuckled.

Mika

"Bf, asahan kita mamaya. Please naman wag mo kong iditch for plates. Please!" I'm talking to my high school bestfriend Jessey in the phone. Kasama ko ngayon si Billie in her condo, ang dami kong tinatawagan para magdouble check although I trust Kiefer's organizing skills di pa din ako mapakali. Hindi ko alam, para kasing.. Basta!

"Stop twitching your palms Ye, chillax." Bille told me, not raising her gaze on me. She's busy typing on her iphone, prolly texting Thirdy.

"Wtf talaga Bills. I swear I don't know why I'm freaking out. I have this vibe that something's gonna happen tonight." I let out a heavy sigh right after venting out a little. Billie finally stared at me.

"I love you Ye, basta take a chill. Don't stress yourself, we have to look our best for later." With so much enthusiasm Billie said that. Tumayo siya and went inside her room, kinuha ko ang phone ko and dialed Kiefer's number. I need my sprak absorber.

"Hi baby!" He greeted me on the the other line.

"Hey.." I said in a less jovial tone.

"Oh, what's wrong? Why's my baby frowning?" I don't even have to tell Kiefer something's bothering me, he'll know it for sure. Kita mo, he can't even see me but he knows I'm frowning. Kiefer really has this calming power over me, tipong marinig ko boses niya assured na ko na I'm not alone in anything and that he got my back always.

"It may sound cheesy but I just needed to hear your voice because I'm freaking out." Pray tell.

"Aww. Baby do you want me to go there now?" I know he's busy. Kaninang umaga nagpaalam siya sakin that he'll have a short interview for Sports Unlimited, tapos dadaan siya sa store to check how's it doing .
