"Manong pakibilisan please? Susunduin pa natin si Ate Miks!" Shouts Dani, kanina pa siya maingay. Ang aga aga pa eh. She's just so excited .
"Bye Ma." We kissed Mama goodbye, si Papa wala umalis siya yesterday for some commitments. Hinatid lang kami ni Mama hanggang sa kotse, nagbilin kay Kuya Fred, our driver.
The luggages are loaded na, Dani, Thirdy and Pauly's inside the car already.
"Ingat kayo dun, give me updates ah." Mom reminded me, I kissed her one more time.
"Yes Ma, thanks." I assured her and opened the car door in front.
"Enjoy your vacation." Mama waved us goodbye when Kuya Fred started the engine and off we go.
"Manong open the stereo." Thirdy asked me and so I did. Mejo long drive pa going to Mika's house in Bulacan.
"But if you close your eyes.." We all sang in unison.

I smile mischievously at the thought that I'll be seeing Mika again later. Almost a month na atang constant ang exchange of text messages namin. I often call her din kapag may time siya, kung pwede lang tawagan yun every minute I'll do it but baka magfreak out siya sakin. Hehe.
Guilty, I am. Siguro kung malalaman lang ni Mika what I had to go through para lang sa "Uy andito ka din?" moments namin. I grin as I send a message to one of my accomplices.

Yeah, Tin is one of Mika's bestfriends. Let's just say I thank heavens for having connections and mutual friends nakuha ko who to contact to know Mika's where and what-abouts. Kasi kahit magkatext kami hindi naman yan nagsasabi masyado, hindi pa ata gets na nagsisimula na kong manligaw. Hehe.

I let out a chuckle, what good friends Mika have. Hindi naging madali for me na kunin the trust of her friends, yung sa lady spikers pa nga lang. Si Ate Abby, si Vic pa lang nakakausap ko. Pahirapan pa talaga yun, they all love Mika and know that she's very fragile. Lalo tuloy akong naeager na alagaan siya.
Naalala ko when they we're chilling out sa Starbucks in Agno. Sinadya ko talaga sila dun, it was Kim Fernandez who told me andun sila.
I heard her singing Pompeii, sabi niya sakin that's her current feel good song. Pati tuloy ako na-lss dun. Sobrang cute niya lang, her legs nakapatong sa isang upuan. Hawak niya ang phone niya, scrolling, prolly checking twitter. Sila Kim, Tin and Nice are busy chit-chatting.
