Dinner part -1

Okay now I'm really getting worried if he's not with Isabelle and Jace where else would he possibly go, that to without informing them. I do know a few places where he might be and since they were all pretty close so I decided to walk. I looked in a few places and called him again and again it kept coming his phone was switched off that was when it hit me...his Archery academy, when I was in London Alec kept telling me how he came here when he was upset so my last guess is that he's probably there.

It took a little while for me to reach it and it began getting dark, I left a message to my dad that I'm at Catarina's he was little busy anyways so he didn't mind.

I went in the academy which is insanely huge. Since I have already been here I knew my way up to his training room. I made my way up and I was right. I entered the large room to find no one but Alec in the middle standing there with his shoulders tensed wearing only a grey vest, and his body coordinated and his eyes never leaving the target, he released another arrow swiftly and it hit the bulls eye with no doubt. He still didn't notice that I was here so I went closer, every cell on my body wanted to jump on him and pull him into a tight hug. I got a little close and whispered

"Alexander?"

He froze, he slowly turned around and saw me, I could see the smile forming on his face as he jumped on me pulling me into a bone crushing hug. I chuckled as I hugged him back tighter.

"I'm so sorry I tried calling-" I began explaining but he shut me up by connecting his lips with mine, he sighed in satisfaction and his lips curved into a smile against mine. It felt so good to finally be able to feel his lips, god! It's been so long. He gently parted moving back a little to gain his breath but I chased his lips, craving for more. He smiled and stared into my eyes before he reconnected the lips again. It was perfect, like always, like it's always meant to be. I slowly parted but still holding him close as he wrapped his strong arms around me, I missed his touch, his scent the safe feeling I always have when I'm in him arms. He bent his head a little and whispered in my ear

"I missed you."

"I missed you too Alec and I'm really sorry for being such an ass, it was my father he didn't let me use my phone and he decided to hide it and play a game to give me a new one." I explained

"Really? He did that?" Alec said as he let out a soft laughter as he moved away to pack his bag.

"Yeah I know and I felt really bad for not talking to you." I apologised again because I know how upset Alec became. He always comes here when he's upset and from the cluster of arrows below and on the target I can tell he's been here for a long time.

"It's okay Magnus! It's in the past" he told.

"Except not really...and what the hell were you thinking about switching off your phone did you know how worried I was?" I said

"Sorry I got you worried my phone died and I didn't have backup power" he explained.

He packed his bag and we decided to leave, I stole one last kiss from him inside the training room and left.

"so what's the plan?" he asked after a silence.

"I don't know I was wondering, since it's dark already we could grab some dinner first what do you say? Besides we have a lot of catching up to do." I told him smiling

"Yeah we should, but where?" he asked as he came closer to hold my hands I squeezed them but let go afraid someone might see, he was disappointed I could see his face drop even though it was dark.

I mouthed him sorry, he just shrugged it off.

"Anything's fine for me." I said after a awkward silence

"But somewhere f-" I began but he cut me off

"Somewhere far so your dad won't be able to see you, right?" he said, he didn't really sound angry or sad but there was no tone to it.

"Yeah, I know it's exhausting to be my boyfriend I'm sorry" I told him

"You know all you do is keep apologizing, I told you it's fine now can we decide on a place?" he replied although it sounded harsh I knew that he didn't mean to be.

We decided on a new place that was fine for the both of us, we had to uber to that restaurant since it was pretty far.

We entered the restaurant and I saw Alec getting a little nervous

"What happened babe?" I asked him

"Nothing...I just feel like we're under-dressed-" he said and paused to look at my outfit "sorry I'm under-dressed"

I let out a chuckle, "it's okay no one's going to look at you...not when you have a very charming and handsome man standing right next you." I told smiling as he shot me glare but was trying not to smile

"Just kidding you are gorgeous." I told as we went to our table.

It was a very sophisticated restaurant I don't know if I'll have the money to pay for the food that was something I should've thought about.

Also not a lot of people are here so the whole environment was peaceful and quiet.

"penny for your thoughts?" Alec asked

"Shit did I zone out for too long?" I asked

"No no actually but what were you thinking about?" he asked again

"That if we'll be able to afford this" I told him and he looked surprised and let out a small laugh which is the most beautiful thing you will ever hear trust me

"I got it covered" he said at last

We saw the menu and ordered the food. While it was getting ready we spoke about everything...everything that happened the last one year. Alec, he had changed...A lot I couldn't really tell it through low quality video calls but I could tell now. He became a lot more muscular and had a really toned body now, his hair is shorter and less messier than it used to be. It's like he...he grew up. Damn one year is a lot of time.

"Magnus!" he called which snapped me out of my thoughts

"You're doing it again, are you okay?" he asked worried

"No I mean yeah I'm fine I was just thinking about you."

I admitted as I saw him turn pink...just a little, maybe some things don't change. Like the way Alec blushes for every single tiny compliment I give him. Which makes him so adorable that I want to keep me with myself forever.

He was about to say something when the dinner arrived. We began eating as we stole some glances at each other and talked.
