Anniversary

"No baby, I love you. More than life itself. Happy Anniversary baby. Next year, it'll be different." He said and I frowned.

"Good different?" I asked.

"Always. And even better." He smirked at me. Forehead to forehead, his eyes on my lips. Unconsciously, I bit my lower lip.

"You know. You always make me fall." Kiefer said before finally closing the space between our lips.

And when we kiss, we kiss like we invented it.

"Hoy Mika Reyes! Earth to you!!" I yelp. Damn. I was brought out my warp zone when Billie woke me. Lol. Kidding, we're inside the restroom changing into our swimwear.

"Done ka na?" Billie assessed me from head to toe. Today, I'm wearing my bandeau bikini top and a short board shorts. I covered myself with a rashguard. Couple rashguards. Hihi.

"Covered agad?" Tumawa ako. Billie on the other hand is very much confident, wearing only her two piece neon pink colored swimsuit.

"Hot mo." I try diverting her attention. She smiles, face the mirror in front of us and check herself.

"Done na ko." Dani announced, the almost lady is wearing black with skulls bikini top and boylet type of bottom. Okay, ako na ang covered. I checked myself. Should I remove the rashguard?

"Remove it na Ye!" As if Billie could hear my thoughts.

"Eh." My face distorted.

"Oo nga Ate, make manong drool over you!! Dali. Epic." Dani added. Patay tayo jan.

Pauly

I took out my phone to have a snap of my current view.

"Ganda dito Paps!" I commented, spanning around.

"Hi guys!!" I heard Billie called us, I turned around. Nice. I had to restrain my admirations. Bro code. I am still holding my phone, video mode.

Mika, Billie and Dani joined us. Ready na sila, just like us.

"Ano? Nagandahan kayo sakin masyado? Relak. Ako lang to." Dani said, tawang tawa ako. Paano naman yung dalawang loverboy nakanganga na.

"Tsk! Babe akala ko ba rashguard?!" Manong hissed. Mukhang nagising na si Manong. Akala naman mapipigilan niya si Mika, yan kaya ang boss. Ngisi ko. Tapos yung isa naman, laki ng ngiti.

Penge ngang girlfriend.

"Kuya Pauly, tayong dalawa pakners sa trip na to." Inakbayan ko si Dani.

"Oo nga eh." Sangayon ko. Si Manong ayun pinagtutulakan yung rashguard kay Mika, nakakatawa sila nakabusangot na si Mika kay Manong. Si Manong naman haba na ng nguso, si Thirdy at Billie nagpopose na pangpost sa instagram.

Umupo na lang muna kami ni Dani sa sand, enjoying our view. Tinignan ko yung video na kinuhanan ko. Pinakita ko yung ganda ng beach, tapos sila Kiefer at Thirdy.

"Huli ka balbon!" Sigaw ko, nacurios si Dani tinignan niya kaya nirewind ko.

"Check this out Dan." Parehas kaming mangiyak-ngiyak ng makita na huli sa akto yung reactions ni Manong at Thirdyboy.

Nganga.

"Hahaha. I knew it. Epic!" Nag-apir pa kami ni Dani. Maipost nga mamaya.

For a second, I felt my heart stopped beating. Naramdaman ko din mejo pinapawisan ako bigla. Mainit pala sa katawan ang rashguard. Tapos narealize ko, I don't want anyone looking at my bae. Yung killer legs niyan wala na kong magagawa, volleybelle eh. Pero yung magpakita ng skin yan... Ibang usapan na yun! Kaya nga bumili kami ng rashguard eh. Tsk!

"Babe, wear this na." Kanina ko pa pinipilit, naiinis na to. Her arms crossed, eyes rolling.

"Bakit ba? Di naman kita fats ko ah!!" She complained. Wala naman siya nun eh pero sobrang puti at kinis kasi naiinis ako kapag may tumitingin.

"Eh babe, sabi mo di ba? Cute nito kasi same tayo." Giit ko pa. She stomped her right feet.

"Okay!! Kung hindi bagay sakin sabihin mo na lang. Nakakairita!!" Mika growled, grabbing her rashguard and marching her way back to the changing room.

Doomed. Napangiwi ako.

"Yari ka Manong!" Pauly teased me. Sila Thirdy tinignan na din ako. Tsk.

"Babeee!" Habol ko kay Mika. Inantay kong makalabas siya sa changing room. Paglabas niya simangot na simangot na wearing her rashguard. Arms crossed.

"Babe.." I want to explain, she snobs me. Hinawakan ko siya sa braso.

"Baby, believe me it's such a sight to behold but I'd prefer seeing you lacking some clothes when it's just the two of us. I won't appreciate other people other than me enjoying the view." I said trying to convince her, you know she's pretty pissed off but cooling down now.

"Selfish ako babe, di ba parang volleyball lang? Kapag sinabi kong mine, akin na? Akin lang." Dagdag ko pa. Tinignan niya na ko kaya alam ko nagsusubside na ang inis nito.

"Akin ka. Therefore, no one. Nobody in this damn surface of the world can steal you away from me." I told her, staring intently in her eyes. Trying to make her feel my desire for her. I could see her face heating up, turning crimson red.

"Wag ka na mainis. Bagay sayo, sobra! Pero wag dito baby. Balik tayo Concepcion, doon di kita pakikialaman. Saka next year naman... Basta." Mika's half smiling.

"As much as I'm proud to have such sexy, beautiful, talented, smart, sweet, Miss Everything-I-Could-Ever-Wish-For girlfriend beside me. Hindi ko pa din gusto na may ibang nagkakagusto sayo. Yung magjersey ka nga lang dami ko ng kalaban eh, ganun pa kaya?" I humored her. Glad, I am for I finally made her giggle. Storms' down.

"Ikaw lang naman ang gusto ko." She told me, pinching my nose as she speaks. Damn boy, what did I ever do to have such blessed life? Not complaining though, good Lord just asking.

"God help me and my thoughts babe. Stop being so irresistible. Or I'll be damned." I told her, she froze. I hugged her, she hugged me back and I kissed the exposed side of her neck.
