"This night calls for celebration!" Vero excitedly giggled while holding my arms, shaking it in a playful way like a kid.
"My place is not available because tonight is the home coming of my grandparents." -Lucy
"Same." Vero raised her right eyebrows not buying Normani's excuse. "Your grandparents are already living in your house, Kordei."
"Exactly, that's why we can't go there especially were going to drink."
"No, were just going to eat." -Vero
"The people in the house is so sensitive to noise." -Normani
"My mom is at home and she's probably sleeping, so.." After Lauren speak, all their eyes landed on me.
Oh no.
"We can't-" I didn't finish what I'm about to say when Vero cut me off while wrapping her arms around my shoulder.
"Oh yes we can! You live near by at the studio, right?"
"Ha? y-yes, i think so."
"You think so?" Lauren chuckled.
"I-i mean, yeah."
"Great! Let's call this night at Camila's place." -Vero
"I'm in!" Normani raised her hand followed by Lucy and Vero with a wide smile on their face.
"Is it okay with you, Camz?" Lauren asked. I look at them and they're all looking at me, waiting for my answer.
"Yeah!" I smiled while clapping my hands a bit slower. "Yeah, sure. What a great idea." I sarcastically replied with a chuckle.
"Great! Let's pack up then. I'm super excited." -Vero
"Me too!" -Normani
While they're busy packing up, i quickly slip outside to make a phone call to Ally since i can't find her around.
I took off my glasses while waiting for her to pick up.
"Yo!"
"I'm in a big trouble! They will go to my place tonight. What should i do?"
"To our house?"
"No, Camila's house!"
"Oh, alright calm down. I'll look for an apartment near their studio. Just keep them busy."
"Alright-" I immediately hang up the call when i heard their voice outside.
"Ready?" I asked as they all nodded excitedly. "Okay," I started to walk with my hands under my shirt since it's very cold outside.
"Are you cold?" Lauren asked while she's walking with me. Vero, Lucy and Normani are walking ahead of us.
"Yeah."
