Food can be a fatal force
An easy wedding or swift divorce
Food can give us life or give us death
That warm cozy feeling or just bad breath
It all begins with what you eat
Whether in a restaurant or off the street
The choice between a long happy life
Or gout in your feet
We're in a world distorted with people deluded
Eating through the haze is a way I've concluded
To clear the mind and our bodies as well
If we weren't drowned in sugar and ads
The poison would never sell
So let us return back to health
Feel great and become our best selves
All it takes is a conscious choice
Put down the pie and lift your voice
To your fellow man who's hopeless to fight
Dying inside with not a clue why
Food can be deceiving
So help them decide
Between a short painful demise
Or living their best life
